I feel more of a ‘Mazzy Star’ vibe
Neither, for me. She sounds like Emma Ruth Rundle. I’m a fan of Dolores and Hope, and obviously Emma, but Emma sounds uniquely like Emma to my ear. She has a great vibrato like Dolores, and Hope in some of her songs and the softness If Hope in parts, but I don’t hear either singer in Emma.
