It keeps saying I need 2 4hz to connect with my wifi not 5g. How do I do that? And I've tried to use my mobile hotspot and I can't get it to show up. Do you know how to do that
22 days of having this robot sitting. Just dones connect with my app at all. Customer service isn’t able to help. I’ve have to move wifi to new company to see if it would work . Still didn’t. Yes! Believe so! I love the combination of like a handheld stick vac with no bag but in the robovac design. Very handy cause I blow through those filter bags on my other models.
@@anthonyroberson9498 it works fantastic. We don’t use the mop feature every time. We set it to sweep the kitchen daily. So far so great. Rarely misses a crumb. We launch it when we want to to sweep other rooms. Haven’t programmed the rest of the house yet.
