Hello nicely explained, thanks I have a question please, does it come with sim, like if you order their device does it comes with sim as well because on website it says 22 quids per month with unlimited downloads but just for broadband does the box comes with 5g sim for device as well? Thanks
Hello thanks for the video, I'm just curious is aftermarket 5g hubs will provide faster speed and lower latency for gaming? And live streaming on like twitch. My new place I'm renting doesn't offer fiber optic so my option will be 5G broadband thank you
Compared to non-fibre (ADSL) broadband, 5G will generally be a lot faster for things like watching Twitch. Its ping won't be as low as fixed broadband but will still be good for most games, especially if you can plug into the router using Ethernet. For most people the download speeds make them a much better choice than ADSL.
No reason why not - you might have to use multiple phone numbers to make the orders. Not sure Three's website is set up to buy them in bulk. The one issue you'll run into is you'll have multiple WiFi networks - portable devices like your phone will most likely just stick to one of them.
It should work on PlayStation Portal. It will work in different houses (obviously not at the same time) as long as you have at least 4G signal at each.
@@broadbandsavvy Because I was Trying last March,,and the Hub didn't connect with PS5 using Ethernet Cable, I don't know what happened,, The Hub was working only with Wifi..and talked to the company 3 and they didn't tell me anything, and returned the equipment.
Can the 3 5G hold more then 10 devices and less then 20 devices? Last one is it still smooth when everyone is online watching or playing games like Roblox? (Talking about 3 5G Hub)
I've got the newest 5g hub with Three and it's fucking awful. My upload speed won't go above 0.03mbps. My ping is between 900 - 1000 and my packot loss is terrible. I've contacted customer services snd they are as useless as ever

Can we connect ethernet cable to pc desktop and use it for work? Will it work good?
I’ve had this for a few years and mine’s been fine.
Basically, I use it as a back up if my BT broadband goes down.
Can you disassemble a 3G router
Sure but it's not something we've tried before.

Can you have multiple hubs for a larger house, one for each floor?

Trying to set up from the morning follows the same steps but always gives me a wrong password 😒
Try to factory reset the device if you haven't already.
I just ordered one does the playstation portle work good on this and can use the hub in different houses

Mine is awful and constantly lags, the download speed is always so low
Will you be testing the new EE Smart 5g Hub?
We will at some point.
Hi, have you tried using Ethernet cable? With PS5 ?l
We have on PC and ping is pretty good, normally about 40ms.

I would not recommend after a while the speeds get horrid you try ask them to check or to get a replacement they tell you there’s a mast in your area
Minor detail but three blocks home servers, so if you plan to run a minecraft server you won't be able

It can support up to 64 devices. It should be pretty smooth in those situations but you can always buy it and test it out for 30 days.
did you have any packet loss whilst gaming?
We didn't, gaming was smooth for us.
Free customer service is really bad need to improve the customer service would not give them one star😢
