- This Paradise Pack pup was trying its best to howl but just couldn’t quite get it out. One thing is clear: his sibling behind him didn’t seem to think much of it!

Its a perfect example of how our eyes work, and how you fight as well as hunt. You watch for the movement. You dont go looking for the man with a gun in the woods, you keep your eyes peeled and watch for movement when he scratches his ass or something. Outlines and movement are pretty much the only way youre gonna find somebody trying not to be found without a whole lotta luck
Haven't seen the second pup. It's a cute video, but not rewinding to see the second pup because that will break this chain

Howling is how wolves communicate. Dispersal wolves will howl to find mates, but that's not the only thing it's for. @@tr-qr7pw

@@kanoye1887 Use your head a little; besides being in the wild in the first place, things would have to be pretty circumstantial for you to be hunted like that. Wild or not, animals have much more depth. I know that cows can feel embarrassment and respond to music, fish can be trained and played with, bugs can be befriended, whales can express gratitude and can protect divers from sharks, dogs can detect cancer, bears can be friendly unless you waltz into *their* territory (how would you respond if somebody wandered into your house, it’s like that with bears), crows and ravens can make toys and bring gifts, chimps can make spears and are in the equivalent of a Stone Age, and I can continue.
@@kanoye1887if starving, cornered or if you invade their territory, yes. But they don’t hunt humans anymore. They know from genetic memory that if they kill a human, his “tribe” will hunt down every single one of them until his pack is wiped out.
To them we are closer to a bear than a deer: a really risky kill.

How fragile he is now and how beautiful and terrific he will become is amazing. There is something " royal" about wolves. I don't know how to define that but they are so majestic
You're right! On a long roadtrip through forest country I recently saw a big wolf by the roadside. I braked to zero mph, and it looked at me in a cool way, then nodded approvingly and crossed the road. Like if I was acting the way it had ordered me to. A proud, free and independent soul, obviously not a domesticated dog.

@@SuperLeica1 Thats pretty rare actually. Wolves are very evasive from what I hear and their packs cover ground fast. A person on a Wolf hunt might see them once and never get a second chance for a shot.
@@admiralmurphy1543 Well, it was at a 8-mile forest road stretch between two tiny hamlets. No people around, I didn't meet any cars either. It was in wolf land.
Tv has changed our perception of what a spirit is, but most animals are in complete harmony with the world around them making them Natural Sages. Almost like forest spirits but corporeal.

I'd love to know how old they are. Still young enough they don't have good balance yet. They are waiting on Mom. Smart enough to stay close to the den and ready to start practicing that call. Precious babies who one day will be big and strong.
