Why is it important for individuals to consider both the negative and positive aspects of life before making decisions?
Well, if we only look at one side of life it's like looking only one way before crossing a two way street.
Life has two sides just as a two-way street does, ignoring either side is not recommended.
Would you cross a two-way street relying on faith or looking only one way before crossing it?
If we choose to cross a two-way street without looking or looking only one way before crossing it shows that we are willing to jeopardize not only our own life but others as well.
Making life decisions based on assumptions is considered a gamble. Sometimes we may not have time to question some decisions but most of the time we do. If we refuse to question decisions especially if we have time to do so shows that we are not interested in being the best that we can be and are willing to gamble away our life or another.
If you feel you are losing everything remember that trees lose their leaves every year and they still stand tall and wait for better days to come .

I never had any guidance in life. 33 and still struggling to have the right mind set. Watching these videos every day as a part of meditation is helping me to break free. Listening to quotes from famous philosophers is helping. Working out everyday is helping. Eating more raw clean foods is helping. Eating high protein low carb diet is giving me less tiredness to help me continue to wake up early for my meditations. I hope this routine will help who ever reads this.

Most of us didn't receive any proper guidance in this form simply because they have never wanted us to know these types of things. They prefer to keep the things that makes us really advance hidden/secret. We weren't taught because our parents weren't taught. It's up to us to change this and speak the truh more often and to more people. Keep your head up friend because it all does get easier and will start to feel more natural to you. Sitting alone in silence more, solar healing, sungazing and exercise all took me to the next level several years ago, these things helped me to master focus which allowed me to master mindset and mind over matter. Focus all of your energy on you friend, drink more water, stop drinking sodas, turn off your TV, turn off music and do less smartphone/Internet activity, spend more time alone, get energy vampires and drama queen/kings of of your life. Just try it for a few weeks and see what happens

If you register your life as one that "never had guidance" or help.."struggling" etc.. you will surely have a task to unregister those unfriendly thoughts..if not, it will debilitate you..those expereinces in your life are points of learning.. nothing else..they were never haphazard mistakes..keep on learning..

I lost my happiness and my gratitude, and now I'm listening to my inner self and self awareness. I have to break that negative cycle and begin using positive thoughts of thankfulness.
Thinking positive is a process. It's something you will have to learn to do. And if you are one of those who are/were not used to it, you will fail now and then, going back to old habits of negative thoughts. But don't blame yourself for doing that. Just start over again with your positive affirmations.
Thinking positive and saying positive things to myself (in a calm and gentle manner) is the only thing that have helped me being more positive and helped me from mildly depression before it gets deeper. And it really do helps. That and mindfullness/meditation. And you don't have to believe your positive words, you don't have to get an immediate reaction, but just say it anyway, because when you say it, it grows inside you subconsciously.
I lost myself, I lost the happy person that used to live inside my body and now I’m trying to listen to videos like this trying to come back and fall in love with life again
3 years ago I got severely sick and was down and out for the longest time. I was so emotional thinking life was kicking my butt and that i will never have anything good happen too me. Well things have changed for the better which I always kept a positive mind set and that things will get better. Now I’m working a job making great money, met the love of my life and now have a child on the way. Life can change so quickly when you have a positive mind set.

Yes so true. I know how the feel when you are in rock bottom. But, I take that as a lesson learned that makes me stronger than before. I don't give up on something that God put in my heart. I have to make my dreamscome true. You have to understand yourself what you want. You have to work it out how to get the best results. I have to work 10 times harder than people imagine. I only sleep 3 hours and wake up early every morning. Work hard until late tonight. But it's worth it. Now I make it that who I am today. I thank God because he's put the dreams into my heart and I followed what my heart to tell me. Sweet success feel the warmth winner. Thank you God. I also have speak to myself stay humble no matter how far you are today. Everything comes from God.

I was so lost last year, I felt so alone, I ended up homeless and everything fell down around me, I was at the very bottom and my thoughts were I'll never be gd enough, I'm always gonna not be wanted, nobody cares, I also wanted love and acceptance from people who were never gonna care the way I wanted or needed them to, but after a few months and some major downs something clicked in my mind (LIKE A FACTORY RESET), and I thought no I'm better than this I'm wanted, I'm needed, I don't need the people who don't want me and I'm better off without them, I'm powerful I'm gonna get bk up and I'm gonna dust myself off and I'm going to put one foot Infront of the other (AT LEAST IM MOVING), then I asked for help (I found I was strong by asking for help), I set a goal to get my own place and settle bk into life again as I knew this was more than possible, I started telling myself I can do this, I'm strong, I'm determined, I'm focused, and I'm not giving in until I get to where I wanna be right now, but I also realized I was forward planning I believed in myself that much once I got to where I wanted to be I wanted to push further. It was three weeks later I had a job, two weeks after that I had a deposit, and one week after that I had my own flat and my life back! I often tell people who speak down about themselves or a situation, instead of Waking up saying I CBA with this day, wake up and say I'm gonna absolutely smash this day 💪🏻 sorry for the long comment but things are possible when you believe in 💫"YOU"💫

I went to school for Medical billing and coding and I graduated in 2010 but was never able to be certified. Fast forward 2021 I am not in my career field because I have no experience and I'm not certified and I can't take the certification exam unless I either go back to school for Medical coding which is more debt or get on the job experience. My back is against the wall but I am learning to be positive. This video keeps me lifted.
