I was so blown away with Emily Cross and Loma.(I am still) Anytime they were being interviewed I could tell that the person interviewing would praise Johnathan Meilburg and his work with Shearwater. I think I listened to a track maybe. But a couple of years later, Shearwater has popped up in my recommended. Holy Shit! I now understand the reason for the respect given to Johnathan. They are all outstanding artist with incredibly moving works. Thank you guys for all of the beautiful tunes. ✌️

I’m a relatively new fan but I sent them an Instagram message telling them best songwriters since Radiohead IMO I truly hope that’s a compliment as i intended half silences dark oscillations going out I’m huge fan now love em .. !!!
Truly Superb. A great song, one of my favorites. It seems to me this song is about *depression*. Trying to fight depression without drugs from childhood in fact, represented by the little girl. Also by how the singer was not shown 'in her best light' until the end. Also the phrase that she will Not Serve the Black Willow. Just My Perception . :)
