They are almost the same, with not much FPS difference. However, when it comes to lighting, reflections, and other aspects related to ray tracing, the 4070 Ti Super is faster than the 4070 Super. In my video, ray tracing and DLSS are turned off, which is why the 4070 Super appears to be slightly faster.

Yeah, it's surprising! 2980 still prevails with raw power (particularly in non-DLSS), but the 4070 boasts fresh architecture and a better efficiency that comes in handy with certain tasks. It’s about what works for you.
