Florescent lights big time at my old job in a school setting.

Things are shifting so fast right now that I struggle to keep my head up at times, and I get frustrated.
But, as you say, it lasts only a short time, and I can turn it around. Yeah, we’ve been taught this BS all our lives, so I have to remember to be gentle on myself…
