I've been a follower of g.e. Patterson since 2008... I'm from Los Angeles California born and raised but my family is from sweet Port Louisiana and Texarkana Arkansas... My dad was born in 1907 and my mom was born in 1927... I was raised up to go to church every Sunday to attend everything the church was giving that's the way I was raised up in a Baptist Church... I was told of stories up my mother side of family having a long family church and all her family's was ministers pastors deacons motherboard usher board...and etc,. Nowadays this is March 2023... A lot of people decided that they are not going to church no more after the pandemic because people do not want to catch any type of coronavirus which is still very deadly to us all. I go to a church where there is less than 300 members and there's about 150 on the sick and shut-in this sister pandemic and around at least 20 or less has passed away since 2020. the Baptist Church just that I have been going to seem like the people there are very very unfriendly they're very unholy they're very worldly people they do not want to change they go to church on Sundays and act just like the unsaved people of the world you can tell when people read their Bibles because they do not live according to the way of the world they live more like Jesus Christ because you change from the inside out when you read the Holy Bible everyday God changes you but if you do not try to change that's up to you. A lot of people go to church for fun or because they was just raised in church but if you want to live the way God tell you to live you have to be in this world not of this world thus says the Lord.... The word of God tells us in the King James version... If we love the things of the world the love of God is not in US... I believe g.e. Patterson was the last great pastor here in the u.s.a. there's none like him there's none that can follow him but we do have 2% of Baptist preachers and Church of the living Christ preachers that are still preaching the word of God for God's people and that our leading God's people the correct way but in all due respect they have the head pastor of the Church of God in Christ which is from Los Angeles and believe me like I said pastor g.e. Patterson was the last real pastor the rest of these pastor there okay I don't mean no harm but g.e. Patterson was the one that God has sent for us there's no one else around that I can say that's even close to preaching the word of God like him because he lived it he talked at you can tell he was a holy man of God yes we are imperfect people in these imperfect bodies but some people are pretenders they pretend very very well. The church I go to it's not like I said it's not a whole lot of people in that church believe me it's not I think if you look around that church has less than a hundred people in that church... I've been in this church since July 2011... And the sad thing is I'm a type of person I love everybody I'm not racist but you know when God give you the spiritof knowing things that are right and wrong we supposed to be obedient to the word of God at all times times. My pastor wife only speaks to people who are involved in the church and my thing is this I've been going to this church like I said since 2011 and now its 2023 and I have never participated in anything in this church maybe once or twice I went up to the front of the church and I did one prayer and then I spoke at a funeral and that was it but the pastor wife at this church this is not being judgmental these are people who feel that they are above other people in the church God said he has no respect of persons God said there's no big eyes and little-used everybody is the same you have different positions but when you start thinking you're better than other people that's not of God. My pastor wife in the church I attend faithfully has never spoken to me... I've been going there this year be 13-years... And believe me when I tell you it's less than 100 people in this...when I grew up everybody knew each other in the church the way I grew up the pastor everybody respected him the pastor wife everybody respected her but this is sad because I sit and I see everything that go on and I sit in the back of the church I used to sit in the front but I sit in the back of the church by choice and the thing I'm saying is this it is so so sad every holiday every holiday mostly everybody in the church a gift I'm not asking for nothing in return is not like that give her all my life and I will continue to give as long as God let me give when you give people gifts all the time and they never say thank you it reminds me of when Jesus Christ tells us to come see him forStaley forgiveness of my thing is this people I want to say this in this is nothing bad or nothing like that but my pastor wife she does not show every person the same kind of love she picked certain people only the ones who do things for the church and that's crazy cuz I'm like this I don't care if you do something to church or not I don't treat everybody the same but that's just me I know everybody's different but that's when I tell you about why people are staying home from these churches because he's churches are living like the world and people are staying home reading their Bibles having fellowship on the phone or doing some other kind of Zuma whatever it is and I understand these Church houses have gotten to where so many people are so materialistic now it is pathetic....people are not reading the Bible like they used to I go to church in the pastor always say the same stuff every year every month the same stuff is too much in the Bible to be saying the same thing every time you go to church this is not right God want us to know that whole Bible not just the same thing on mother's Day same thing on Easter same thing on Christmas whatever people this is one reason why I really understand people are not going to church like you used to and I definitely understand if you going to a church and people are there living just like the world and not trying to change you can't go to church 5 10 15 20 years and you still got that spirit in your heart you still don't have that good spirit of or don't sit next to me or don't look at me I don't know my goodness gracious I don't mean no harm in my perfect know I always say perfect person in this imperfect body but God sees everything that we still we must remember so many church people are living so ungodly and they've been going to church for years but they're not changing and it's this pitiful and that's why people are not going to church they're staying home fellowshipping at home reading their Bibles whatever-it-takes call over a few friends and fellowship in your backyard whatever it take so many Church houses are living soul on godly people people people please if you read my comments I don't care if you put me down I don't care if you call me back names I don't care about that stuff so many people are just materialistic in the church and it's pitiful people are just catering to the demonic spirits of this world in the church and it's not right God is sick of all these demonic spirits in the church and then people hearts and it's just ridiculous people are scared to fellowship and teach people to write things about God open that Bible up and teach what the says the Lord people are not reading their Bibles and they're not changing they're playing with God and God is tired of this mess....g.e.
