I’ve known Ms. Arlene half of my life through my mom’s stories. Our family business was one of their supplier’s when she was still working at Duty Free. Ms. Arlene would sometimes call up my mom, whether it may be an order request or just a life update. She is such a hardworking, loving and down to earth woman who treasures people who have been with her for years. I will never forget when she visited us during the death anniversary of my Lola. She didn’t care about the crowd of people, she was there for my Mom and they simply chatted away like friends reunited.
