It’s gonna take a lot more time than that to wear on out. How much for the used one?

The video was to address negative reports from others in the media, about the durability of light sport aircraft used in a training environment! A KitFox aircraft has been used for over 1700 hours, in a training environment, with over 5,000 take off and landings, STILL looks like brand new, and is sold for more than what the customer originally paid for it! Sorry for wasting your time!

Good points Mr Loveman - Maybe the new generation of the Kitfox will exceed the cost to build or buy but all other Kitfox sell for a fraction of the cost to build one. You can buy 912 powered Kitfox for 20 to 25k Poin is Great plane -at a liquidation price. Check my Channel over 300 Kitfox videos - water- Snow MUD - you name it ! Kitfox Great aircraft !

Not much content from Dan Johnson. Sounds like a video to fill time. KitFox is a great airplane and John McBean is a dedicated company owner. We need more like him. How about some performance specs from the 912is ? How about changes in flying characteristics ? Really don't need to waste our time on nothing really said.

You should be paying me to find them for you. 2 in the last 3 weeks for 18 to 20k Kitfox IV with 912

I don't think you can find a Kitfox with 912 for that low. 25k is more like Rotax 582 Bluehead price on a Kitfox. Looks at more like 40k for 912.

depends on the condition and age of the airframe. I've seen a few that are pretty cheap.
