@Sarah Khan, Extremely sorry for the late response...I usually reply much faster! Anyway, hope your plants are doing well and this is the right time to start preparing our Rose for Winter flowering! Happy gardening and thank you :-)
@sulu sharangi, Yes, we can prune and this is the best time to do that as a preparation for winter flowering. For my Rose plants, I do it this way - Normal garden soil - 60% and Vermicompost - 40%. Please note that, my soil is sandy type and don't get any drainage issue. But if your soil is not sandy, please add 20% either sand or Cocopeat so that soil drains well. It can be used for all the Roses..Thank you for watching the video :-)
Nice video. The plant really looked different and healthy after applying the fertilizer. Good to see a video from you after quite a while. Your daughter is cute 😄

Well, it rained a bit on Diwali here in afternoon and evening too, but wasn't much thankfully. Did rain quite a bit for 9 hours though starting from previous night till Diwali morning. Can understand about the limited space, as same is the problem with me too. Although I do have space on the roof, but watering the pots there is a problem, as there is no water source on the roof. I have enough pots currently to water once with a 5 litre watering can. Although I will have to put more pots there if I purchase winter flowering plants as roof is the place where we get sunlight for a good amount of time. Don't get so much in the garden below because of tall trees, and also sun changes direction. It's quite a problem as because of that, can't plant flowering plants in the soil in the garden. Yes, it's always great to grow plants from seedlings, but well, when you can't, what can you do. I haven't grown plants from seeds that much. Tried to grow Tulsi, but the soil mix wasn't that good and it was in a plastic pot, so a few of the seeds that did germinate didn't survive for long. @@GardeningUpbeat thank-you so much dear.. I want ask one question can we use NPK AND SUPERPHOSPHATE liquid as a follier spray on rose plan monthly throughout of year instead in mixture form to root directly..Thank-you once again in advance😊
@kulvinder kaur, Most welcome :-) We can use NPK as foliar spray if it's soluble and there is no need to use Super Phosphate as NPK itself contains the Super Phosphate (P). Honestly saying, whenever we grow anything in container, it's really important to provide them the required food on a regular basis as we limit the growth of the roots. So, fertilizing them on soil level is ideal...but if you are planning to move them to a bigger container after few months, it's okay even if you feed them via leaves. Thank you :-)
You should water the plant only when upper soil up to 1" become dry, once or twice a week in winter and once in 2 days in summer. You can keep you plant in direct sunlight when temperature is up to 30 degrees after that plant should be in partial shade. Yes you can keep them under rain. Rain balance the ph level of soil. For yellow leaves you should keep your plant in sunlight, fertilize them, make fungiside and insectiside spray twice a month. If leaves are still yellow give your plant a spray of epsum salt.
Bro ! I planted variety of roses in my Garden among them two plant’s didn’t bloom. But they look extremely healthy... what’s the cause ... could you explain it?
@Jeevan Kc, Please take a look if they are suckers..(shoots that grow from below the grafting point). If they are not suckers, then perhaps you just need to wait bit more :-) As they are doing good, definitely they would bloom, good luck :-)
I am only using vermicompost along with seaweed granules but flowers do not come heavily. I don't use and chemical fertilizer, is there any other alternatives to chemical in organic manner.
@Born To Learn And Earn, Definitely there are other good organic alternatives and I already have a video for that with result. Please watch this - ua-cam.com/video/pHka4FZTqUE/v-deo.html Thank you :-)
@Abhilasha Mishra, If your plant is not blooming even after fertilizing, plz repot your plant once using fresh soil. Many other things need to be considered as well like the amount of Sunlight it's getting, watering schedule etc. Also, please take a look if there is a sucker in your plant. Sucker grows really very fast during this time of the year.
@New Mind Garden, thank you so so much and I am really sorry for the late reply, have been growing lots of plants so that I can share with you & others..
@Sumi Rani, thank you for your suggestion and definitely I would upload the video in 48 hours. And, plz check my previous reply about Sir :-) Thank you :-)
@Sumi Rani, Here is the video you asked for - ua-cam.com/video/pEWotId1gZs/v-deo.html Sorry for bit delay and hope you would like it. Anyway, plz let me know your thought. Thank you :-)
@Enosh Yeluchuri, Since you have tried everything, I am sure that it's getting enough sunlight as well (min 5-6 hours). Then the last suspect remains..which is the Suckers!! Can you please take a look at your plant see if the suckers are only growing? Suckers are those which usually grow just from the bottom part of the grafting point. If it's not a grafted plant, then variety is the issue. There are many verities of Roses that don't bloom well and mostly all these are used as rootstock while grafting (Rootstock is the base and root portion of grafted plants). I hope, that helps. Thank you and sorry for taking sometime to reply to your queries.
@Kethamakkala Bhaskar, Sorry to say Sir, it's not available online (I just realized). So, you can try other Rose Care products which are available online. Almost all contain same elements, just different brand name.
@Pranabesh Mukherjee, Sir, here are the things that I use normally - 1. Fungicide - SAAF Dose - 2 grams (1/2 teaspoon) in 1 liter water. Frequency - once in 7-10 days 2. Pesticide - In most cases I use Neem oil. Dose - 5-6 ml in 1 liter water + 4-5 ml light hand wash (like savlon) in 1 liter water. Frequency - once in 7-10 days If Neem oil doesn't work, I use either Roket or Rogor pesticide. Dose - Max 1 ml in 1 liter water. Frequency - in most cases, applying only once if fine as they are extremely powerful. But if doesn't work, you can apply once again after 7-10 days. I really don't recommend using chemical pesticide though as it causes lots of headache. Plz use mask and gloves if you use them. Thank you for watching the video and let me know if you have any questions :-)
@TAQI AHMED NUMAN, My Soil is sandy type and I always take 60% normal soil and 40% vermicompost. So far working well :-) But if your soil is not sandy type and it's clay, then please add 20-25% sand to potting soil mix. Thank you :-)

What kind fertilizer idol for rose
Can I use the fertiliser you Recomend every 45 days all year round starting now which is monsoon here
Please don't use this fertilizer in summer season, as chemicals may got hard on your plant and can damage your plant
Super
Wow!.. you did magic :)
@Nitin Yadav, Thank you so so much :-) I didn't do anything, it's the fertilizer...Thank you once again for watching and if you want organic solutions then here is another video - ua-cam.com/video/pHka4FZTqUE/v-deo.html Thank you :-)
Can we use DAP as alternative option
@Can apply this mixture on plant in summer..Will the plant die from fertilizer heat.
@kulvinder kaur, Sure, why not :-) Anyway, I fertilize my plants the same way whether it's Winter or Summer. But, please make sure you fertilize only either early morning or evening. If you are too much worried about using Chemical fertilizer, then Plz use only organic and here is the video (with result) - ua-cam.com/video/pHka4FZTqUE/v-deo.html
Thank you :-)
Super phosphate Not avilable .any equlant phosphate please advise

Can i use mustard cake powder instead of bone meal
Thank You So Much
@TSG TRIPPER, Most welcome and many thanks for watching :-)
How many times should I water the plant a day? Should I keep it directly under sunlight? Can I keep under rain? Why the leaves become yellow?
Gardening Upbeat @ thanks bro ... I will try as per your advice...👍👍👍
@@Sabina2k2 maybe too much nitrogen but lack of potassium please try applying NPK 0:0:50
If I use npk 10-26-26 .will it be harmful ??
What if we do not uy potash and super phosphate
I am only using vermicompost along with seaweed granules but flowers do not come heavily. I don't use and chemical fertilizer, is there any other alternatives to chemical in organic manner.
@Born To Learn And Earn, Definitely there are other good organic alternatives and I already have a video for that with result. Please watch this - ua-cam.com/video/pHka4FZTqUE/v-deo.html Thank you :-)
My rose plant is not giving flowers in winter also then what I can do
@Abhilasha Mishra, If your plant is not blooming even after fertilizing, plz repot your plant once using fresh soil. Many other things need to be considered as well like the amount of Sunlight it's getting, watering schedule etc. Also, please take a look if there is a sucker in your plant. Sucker grows really very fast during this time of the year.
Thank you
Can i use dap instead of super phosphate
@Jaashnavi Hanumanthu, Sorry for the late reply...You can but if you use DAP, please avoid mixing NPK. Thank you!
Most important thing is plenty of sunshine
Amazing..👌👌

Sir kindly make a video on petunia plant thanks
@Sumi Rani, thank you for your suggestion and definitely I would upload the video in 48 hours. And, plz check my previous reply about Sir :-) Thank you :-)
@Sumi Rani, Here is the video you asked for - ua-cam.com/video/pEWotId1gZs/v-deo.html Sorry for bit delay and hope you would like it. Anyway, plz let me know your thought. Thank you :-)
No matter what I do, my paneer smelling Rose plants are not making buds and not flowering at all. Very sad. Please help
As per your direction, i used chemical fertiliser. But I losed 20 rose plants
You should water thoroughly after fertilizing. Even if u use dried cowdung use little
My rose plant is not producing any leaf since month I don't know what's happening. Stem is green but no leafs
Please check out my new video here - ua-cam.com/video/qmB9z5uM-b8/v-deo.html
And I am sure, you would find it useful...good luck :-)
Where the rose care, you have shown, is available? I have searched in Amazon and flipkart but in vain. Pl help me!
@Kethamakkala Bhaskar, Sorry to say Sir, it's not available online (I just realized). So, you can try other Rose Care products which are available online. Almost all contain same elements, just different brand name.
@@GardeningUpbeat Ok! Thank you.
@@kethamakkalabhaskar8833 , Most welcome Sir :-) Good luck :-)
What insecticide and fungicide you have used and in what intervals?
@Pranabesh Mukherjee, Sir, here are the things that I use normally - 1. Fungicide - SAAF Dose - 2 grams (1/2 teaspoon) in 1 liter water. Frequency - once in 7-10 days
2. Pesticide - In most cases I use Neem oil. Dose - 5-6 ml in 1 liter water + 4-5 ml light hand wash (like savlon) in 1 liter water. Frequency - once in 7-10 days
If Neem oil doesn't work, I use either Roket or Rogor pesticide.
@@GardeningUpbeat Many many thanks
@Pranabesh Mukherjee, Most welcome Sir :-)
What is the time to pruning rose plant in assam?
Can you please name the background music ? Kindly tell me.. 👍
What is the potting soil mix for rose plant?
@TAQI AHMED NUMAN, My Soil is sandy type and I always take 60% normal soil and 40% vermicompost. So far working well :-) But if your soil is not sandy type and it's clay, then please add 20-25% sand to potting soil mix. Thank you :-)
