Im here to tell you its been 12 years and I use a walker but... I walk , cook, bake, do laundry, clean, crochet and enjoy all the youngish and my pups. Ive been very blessed and still have my momma who is 81❤

One of my favorite go to meals. There is a tip I learned to keep the bacon flat in the frying pan. Just run some cold water over the slices before you fry and they stay flat. Happy Mother's Day to you!

I heard a trick to pollinate your tomatoes that worked great in my garden last year. You know they sell those battery powered toothbrushes that usually run about seven dollars or a two pack for ten. Well take 1of those and dedicate it to your tomatoes. Just hold it at the base of the flower for a couple of seconds while it's vibrating and it will polynate your tomatoes. I questioned whether it was an old wives tale or if it was real. But I tell you one thing,. I did it last year and every single blossom made a tomato! I love a good BLT too 😋 My favorite way to cook bacon is on a rimmed cookie sheet @ 400° for 20 minutes. It comes our perfectly cooked and straight everytime! Plus you can cook a lot at once. 🤩🌻
I lived in Washington, MS, very close to Natchez, in the mid 1950s. My parents taught at Jefferson Military College in Washington. It was called college, but was grades 1-12. Boys wore uniforms. We could always smell the International Paper Mill in Natchez!!!

That is one of the best combo's on earth.....BLT....yummy. The kids bought me plants for Mother's Day so I've been doing a lot of digging in the dirt...lol. I am blessed with 3....two boys and a girl. They are all grown now but the youngest is still at home for now.....will be until he decides to get married I imagine. Love, Hugs and Blessings dear lady.

I do enjoy a BLT. But I also enjoy a good chili cheese dog. But my favorite is what we call a whoopie doo dog. That consists of a Polish sausage, on a hot dog bun, sauerkraut, coleslaw, chili, jalapeno peppers (that's the whoopi doo part). And finally melted cheese of your choice. It was so big you almost had to eat it with a fork and knife. This is a recipe that came from a racecar drag strip down here in Dale County Alabama and that recipe sold out every weekend

There is nothing better than a BLT with a fresh from the garden tomato 🍅, still warm from the sun!! A tomato 🍅 and mayonnaise comes in close behind!
