I put on a set of your springs on my 1000x-4, (non-live valve), phenomenal by the way. Just hoping this was the video to use for ride height and crossover measurements. Felt I was way off from what the video said if I used the preload and cross-over measurements compared measurements once car was on the ground.
I m looking at a talon 1000x 4 , have not seen you cover that model, would like to know about long travel in it and handling , you said the two seater the rear flew up in the air with the front diving,....compared to the other sport 4 seaters, I m really interested to know your guys input on long travel 1000x 4 , there isn't no reviews on youtube
I can vouch for better quality springs. My Can Am Commander was too harsh, was not interested in 4 expensive 'super duper shocks' when mostly just need better quality & softer springs. But Shock Therapy doesn't offer Commander springs. I got mine from RTproutv.com, they make light, medium, heavy. I got the lightest ones. My Commander ride went from like an old west covered wagon ride into more like a Cadillac, much better. I imagine Shock Therapy springs for the Talon would do very well too. Had my local mechanic install them with his professional spring compressor, he said he didn't like the job because the Commander springs are compressed a lot, and when removed are a lot longer than the RT springs that barely needed any compressing. I'm told it's about the quality of the spring steel metal used. Stock is low cost = low quality. These upgrade springs are higher cost = higher quality. So many think to improve their ride, they have to spend lots of $$ on new shocks, I believe it's much more about the springs as evident in the much improved Commander ride with high quality springs on the stock shocks, than it is buying expensive new shocks, it's more about the springs!

My 2018 Honda pioneer has stock shocks,not the fox shocks.they will bottom out ,what would you suggest? Thanks

Will the availability of the Live Valve option on the new 2021 Talon X eliminate the need for replacing shock springs for a good ride?

IMO , the 1000X is the worse riding sport SxS I have ever sit foot in. I would do a full blown revalve and respring if it was me.
