alot of chinese drama are coming out recently and they all have unique story lines but what i really love is their opening songs ...they are always so pleasing to the ears also the girl's determination to live is daebak ..
They say this live drama is better than the novel. The book is simply written but the drama has spice! Hats off to the whole production team amd the actors/actresses who portrayed this drama!

Much appreciated to all the team members❤️ I came into this drama not putting to much thoughts and effort into it, and once I hear all of their opening and closing song I was so mesmerized and hooked onto it. I’m so glad I give this drama try, because once the story unfolds I end up falling in love with the 3 main characters. This is a very beautiful love drama. You have two wonderful man who’s in love with the same girl. One is her shadow ( ChangAn) who love her unconditionally and sacrifice everything for her and the other one is the Prince who love her but with limitations and use her over and over again but yet he truly love her. Between the love of Chang and Wei is so beautiful and pure, even when she was put into torture because she misunderstood what had happened between them. They love each other from the beginning to the very end, no one can come between them. And then there is the prince bodyguard Yue, who has always been there for him through up and down to death and back, yet he has no feeling for her poor girl. All the cast member does an amazing job, the lead actor and actress has great chemistry. I hope that they have a season2 because the ending is bittersweet, but I know he’s out there so crossing my fingers for a season 2 if that ever happened. It’s a 9/10 for me.

I like the historical dramas when they actually have a bit of real history in the plot. The costumes and sets are fantastic and the acting is great. Natural landscapes are awesome. Binge a lot during this pandemic....So busy doing nothing so I watch many of these dramas....
The introduction of King NIng (Wang Duo) in the 1 episode really catches my eyes. The Prince with extraordinary very handsome look, tall, fair skin and smooth face features plus interesting acting skill makes this drama exciting to watch.
I come to watch the 2nd time. I like the characters of the lead actor Shaw Qu. He has a mysterious aura and Li Yi Tong she can act anybody alongside her....😍 👍
This is my best pick historical drama ever. I usually watch Chinese historical dramas only once because of the lengthy episodes. But this drama, I have watched it three times already. Everything about this drama is just too perfect. After this drama, here comes " Lost Love in Times" and " The legend of fuyao". Watched these dramas three times already as well. Fully recommend you to watch.

Ashes of love (aka Heavy sweetness has-like frost) is really good, give it a try. AOL and bloody romance are the best ancient Chinese dramas airing this year (Yanxi palace and Fuyao are pretty good too)
I started watching Chinese Drama movies from late January of this year 2021 and I must say I haven't watched anything else it's one after the other. Fall asleep watching them, sleepless night, all my chores are put on pause lol they are so interesting.

To those who are looking for a drama with lots of kissing and bed scenes, this is not for you. The kind of love in this drama is so deep and touching without doing any of those things. Instead, it rips up your heart over and over again, but makes you come back for more. Storyline, character development, scenery, great acting, beautiful actors and actresses, you will come back for more. On top of all that, the opening OST song will haunt you forever, one of the best OST songs I've heard in any drama. You will never want to skip the opening due to the song :)
I would definitely watch this in Philippine television with tagalog dub. Filipinos like to watch Korean dramas but this will surely be the apple of our eyes. Will look forward for more of this kind. Thank you.

This was the first C-DRAMA I ever watched and it sparked my obsession. I’ve watched hundreds by now but I can say for me this is still one of my favorites. Devastated this show never got a second season because of the shocking cliffhanger ending.
I have always hated the concept of SCL but this drama is an exception. He overshadowed the male lead by the beauty and acting but he was selfish and possessive over Wan mei, that' why they were not meant to be together.

So, I figured I would categorized the vocab and add phrases from the dramas with time stamps. Like, War Love Betrayal Family Demon/demon king Fairies Slaves And "The Legends" episode 1 UA-cam @4:53 "Wo gei ni blah blah blah " All because I want to watch these dramas without english subtitles.

This was the first C-DRAMA I ever watched and it sparked my obsession. I’ve watched hundreds by now but I can say for me this is still one of my favorites. Devastated this show never got a second season because of the shocking cliffhanger ending.
I have always hated the concept of SCL but this drama is an exception. He overshadowed the male lead by the beauty and acting but he was selfish and possessive over Wan mei, that' why they were not meant to be together.
