I ordered from the LED Outfitters website and my products were absolutely TRASH. Not only were they trash, but they were also the wrong lights that I ordered. And the employees didn't want to refund me or help me at all.

I got their razor extreme 33" light bar with five watt LEDs and have had zero issues with it and works every time very rugged and extremely durable and very bright... Will be doing business with them again!

I've bought 4-5 lightbars from them...haven't had any issues....fast delivery and the quality seems solid. all the lightbars i bought still work perfectly no issues I'd definitely buy again from them.

I have to agree. They offer a free light but no where did I see either the free light or free shipping. I asked for a refund prior to it shipping and low and behold I was told that if I send them back or refuse the delivery I’ll be charged a restock fee and the cost of the discounted shipping. So do yourself a favor and do not order anything from them.
Did they ever send you a replacement?
I bought 2 products from them - was told they were in stock. 4 months later I received one of them, never did get the other. I made 13 phone calls and 24 emails AFTER the 6 months to finally get them to refund my credit card for the second light, which they never delivered. I am not sure I would call them a scam, but they do suck. And their "customer service" is terrible. I will not buy from them again.
Probably cause covid there shipment from China was delayed....
And people always get mad at the guys like me trying to recommend real brands like Whelen 🤦🏻♂️
Careful buying their stuff on sale...the warranty is cut and they DO NOT help you out. You get what you pay for.

Thanks for posting as soon as I noticed their comment sections were off that raised a red flag for me so I started to do research before I’m building out a new pilot truck so I’ll have about $3000 in lights outfitting it to my liking. I’ve been doing all my research and pretty much know what I’m getting but I stumbled upon them on Facebook and when I price shopped them against STL and Fenix these guys had my attention. They do a good job promoting their line and lights seem bright plus I liked their flash patterns. With that combination and their prices I really wanted my hunch to be wrong but a company doesn’t turn off their comments unless they’re shady and there’s no hiding behind the sound of cheap Chinese pot metal, that unsatisfying clang that a visor light made during one of their videos. The dude picked it up and dropped it on the counter with some force to show how well built it was, well all I herd was a TV an aluminum tv dinner getting thrown into a metal sink haha... The clang of the metal food trays make the same sound as cheap Chinese pot metal. 🤣

Hello. I'm reading through the comments on here because I'm getting alot of questions about led outfitters. I'm a dealer for feniex, Abrams and Teqniq products. I'm located in VT but ship all over the US. I would strongly advise feniex. The customer service is awesome. The lighting is great. You can look us up at TSI: Twin State Installs LLC on Facebook. I've got a couple videos comparing a feniex gpl 60 with whelen justice. And some feniex T3 against strobes n more E6. SNM is a great company aswell but ide stay away from led outfitters
I ordered damega diamond 4 led surface grill solid yellow amber and when installed not yellow is orange color 😠
I've never purchased a single item from this company yet they keep sending me emails thanking me for the business and keep sending me product info. I thought they were a scam. Now I seen this video I believe they maybe moreso now.

Ordered from LED OUTFITTERS...... NOTHING but problems! Could not get any Customer Service, and they didn't seem to care that Emergency vehicles were down, because of their lack of response !

Was thinking of ordering lights from this company till I seen this video. I've seen more good reviews than bad but I've seen a lot of bad as well.....I'm looking at a interior visor light bar. I use a lot of Whelen products as well as feniex but don't want to spend like 500 bucks for literally just a visor bar....

I've had problems with them before. ordered 2 dash lights both red blue and they send me one red amber and one all blue and when I contacted them about returning them and getting the proper ones they said they wouldn't do returns.

Sorry for no follow up. I have since bought from different vendors and the most promising has be from STLights. Forgive me if I spelled that wrong. I sold my last vehicle and bought a Tesla. I’m debating if I even want to put lights on it. However, think it would look sick. The more comments I get will motivate me to do a follow up.
That company is a joke. If you want to waste your money have at it.
I have ordered a light at from them and they said it had 26 flash patterns got it in and wasn't close to it more like 4-5.

I should have listened to your video!!! I ordered from them and took it out the box to try it in my truck and it only flashes one pattern(not a good pattern either ) got super hot too after being plugged in for like a minute. They asked for a video and sent it and still have not heard back from them!

Tim Cleavenger whelen or feniex. STL is a good alternative tho i use for most of my lights
Definitely Feniex....I own STL and ETD products that are cheaper than feniex but have worked great with no issues

@@cpsspatrol sorry to hear, I only order a 8head linear stick amber/blue from them about 3years ago and never had an issue with shipping or the light bar itself...I have 12 amber/blue linear grille light and visor bar from STL and only had an issue with just one grille light that changes patterns on its own...other than that great service from them, plus they have really updated their products, not yet on whelen/feniex level but getting there
Thanks for your video. Was thinking of ordering from them but won't. Sounds like the same exact problems I had with, Extreme Tactical Dynamics. Don't order from them either. Never have anything in stock and you can hardly ever reach their, "customer service."

Well it seems Mike Hasn't changed . I thought by now 10 yrs later he'd grow up but apparently not !!! It's Sad he wanted to be a distribution dealer for us back then and there was something fishy about all these different names addresses an so on ... I guess who did get good stuff you were lucky ... That right there is straight up bullshit cuz i know exactly how the inside is supposed to look like . so that was a refurbished and a shity sell . how much does it take to zip tie glue the or silicone the circuit board and put a few screws on
