Don’t worry about the hopper aim issue. I have the surge xl and if you hold it differently and play around with angles you can still get good aim.

Gravity fed gel blasters aren’t the best but you can still have great fun time with them.
One thing to always remember: the gellets from the gel blasters do not have to be soaked in water, they can also be soaked in urine to turn the gel blaster into a vengeance blaster
