Cooking in a natural environment is an awesome experience. I got this chance on my last visit to Almora in Uttarakhand. In this series, I have posted a video in which I have tracked to the mountains via the village and rough trails to the riverside where I cooked mutton on a woodfire. A lot of viewers liked this video and advised me to make such videos.
In today's video, I am cooking chicken on the lawn of an abode situated in the jungle. Hope you will like it too.

ingredients:
250 grams of onion, 20 grams cloves of garlic, 4-5 green chilies, 10 grams of ginger, 750 grams of chicken, Approx 60 ml of mustard oil, 1 bay leaf, 1 piece of cinnamon, 1 piece of black cardamom, 4-5 cloves, 1 green cardamom, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 5-6 whole red chilies, 8-10 peppercorns, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala, 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili, salt as per taste, and a few chopped coriander leaves to garnish.
