Hi @tammyjohnson , I'll try to solve ur problem,, ur first problem is fabric , how much fabric u want for the top , suppose ur top length Is 28"- u need 1.5 MTR of the fabric . #2 point is size dat u can search on Google measurements chart . #3 Elastic is 2-cm. Hope it helps you
