I really do love that Programme and I love to watch it in that programme lt is Star's ln their eyes there is singing contents to using lt on the Microphone to singing ln the competition to face the Audience ln with the microphone to singing music competition in from the stars in their eyes to get the flowers and award for singing competition to singing

I have EVERY episode ever filmed... thought I had answered that previously sorry
And I pick and choose at random whatever episode or clip I upload, but I'm quite annoyed at seeing recently, my uploads being downloaded and put back up as someone else's work, so I may stop now.

I couldn't possible choose as I'm great friends with around 200 of the acts. They're all great.

This was one of those rather “unfair” shows where the standard was particularly high and any of them could have been worthy of a final spot.
You often got them towards the end of the series. In the live finals of 93, 94, 95, winter 00, 01 and 04 the last finalist on the bill won. In 98, spring 00 and 02 it was the second-last finalist. Nobody appearing in the first half of any live final ever won.
There's also the fact that later in the evening, it's more 'prime time' than earlier.
I think I noticed that back in the day and it really bugged me. Was it that the standard increased, or just that by the time voting opened, people had forgotten how good the first lot were?
@@kellygorton-smith208 I guess that's a matter of opinion, I'd never say there's been an unworthy champion but it's a possible factor. In spring 2000 Freddie Mercury (winner) and Frank Sinatra (runner up) were unquestionably the best by far and appeared at the end.
Same with Tina Turner and Elvis in 2002 - both also went on to appear in the second European special later that year.
That said, some earlier acts came close - Neil Diamond in 93 and Meatloaf in winter 00 were runners up and each appeared right at the start of their final.
No most of the champions of the main show were pretty deserving. Wasn’t so sure about the kids version.
@@tamhaswoods9056 I always thought that. Maybe it’s that those finalists won their heats more recently so were fresher in viewers’ minds... or maybe they did just save the best for last? Bloody great telly either way.
