As much as I love your videos, ignoring your fear and pain will only make it worse. It is actually the absulute worst thing you can do. The best way to deal with your pain is transforming it into compassion. Which can only be achieved by being aware of your pain and looking deeply into it.
I have found this. I will pass on this message to generations .
I am a 'dress maker' . I have a huge challenge ahead of me. I WAS paralyzed by the fear of failure. Suddenly I said to myself. ' I am not a failure, I am very creative and talented. this video has so much nostalgia. Three years ago, I was absolutely crushed that I didn't make into Dental School. I knew exactly it was that I had to do, but I was fearful that I couldn't make it. I lost whom I thought was the love of my life, because I wanted to continue trying. Today, Im still not accepted yet, but I retook the admission test and did amazing. I kept trying, regardless of my fear of failure...... Whether or not I get in.... I accomplished what I set out to do. this is such an important lesson in life.

This video made me a bit sad. I could have grown and achieved everything with my ex girlfriend had I introspected while we were together. Instead, her and I let it spiral out of control. I miss you so much, H. I'm not the man you grew to dislike any more. I would give you love, peace and respect always. The rest (marriage, family, enjoyment of life) would flow naturally. We would have the best time, all the time. But I have to find a way without you. Somehow. Hope you're taking care of yourself. I love you.

@@wattakesselly6463 I isolated myself yesterday morning and it only amplified my mistakes. The person who I felt repelled by was missing. I was repelled because I felt smothered, never having space or time to myself, which I needed. Not much of, just enough and not to feel guilty for it. This always seemed to be a problem, at least in my mind.
I was also bogged down by regrets, by not feeling worthy, not feeling 'grown up' enough to raise a family, by thinking I hadn't lived in my younger years. But it was actually so simple. All I had to do was find contentment inside myself. She and the life I had was everything I wanted. Yes, sometimes it was mundane but at least I had my partner, company and best friend who drove me to achieve things. Losing her has unearthed my total lack of motivation to do anything for myself. I love to serve and look after somebody. It makes me feel good.
My god, I miss you so much, H. All I had to do was be happy. It was that simple.

Learning to lose is also part of the path. Learning to let go of what you once loved so much is also part of it. The biggest proof of love you can show her is the capacity of living without her. Maybe that’s also the only thing that could attract her or someone worthy back to your life.

A prayer from my side for all the lives you are changing.
My biggest fear is disappointing whatever has keep me alive. That keeps my heart open to all. Even after 40 years of being shit on by 99% of people I meet or work for. Whatever that is that refuses to believe that's all there is out there. The cause of my refusal to thumbs down, or post negative comments. Instead just try to help those how need to no that they are never alone, and I have never meet you but I will be pulling for your prayers/ needs to be meet to help ease your heart brake. Looking back, something contrary to the thing I don't want to disappoint, really wants to stop this from happening. But I have made it this far, and outside looking in, it's been a doodoo walk. But I know one day what I feel in my heart will become reality. And with channels like this, I can see it happening. Thanks for your light in this current time.
