The "Z-catch" is done not by clicking fast the "z" button, but rather releasing it fast, much like shorthops. I personally do that just sliding my finger on the button, is very useful for some combos with characters like the Links
Hopefully WaDi sees this: when you z catch you must z catch after 10 frames of z dropping, any sooner and you will air dodge. It is very hard to do, almost like peach combos.
Wadi has such good game sense bruh and I doubt he even knows frame data or any technical combos. He cold literally win sets over the most technical people cuz they’ll never get the opportunity at that devastating combo. If he did become a little more technical like esam he’d be unstoppable
To do those z drops into z catch there is Trick to it so you dont get an airdodge. Rob mains should know that one tho because thats literally a rob tech specifically for those kind of combos

Secret of these things is mapping Z to X or Y (the one you don't use to jump). Suddendly Z drop combos feel humanly possible to perform. Mapping a jump to Z instead might be useful too

Wadi try putting your jump button in the L Triger or the R Triger that's what I did and it helped a lot on combos that I needed to move my had a lot it gives a lot less trouble when you get used to it

You know when top player is in the guys tag you gonna see a combo or two like that first one; also since i y jump i x grab and using x to do that makes it a bit easier

The way to do double toss gyros is to have a bit of time in between each z press. The reason you air dodge is because you press it to fast.
