Hi i would like to know if an exectrix of an estate can put a road on an estate where a house is currently is to break it down to make a road.There was never any road before there was no road reserve of Or easment mention on the deed and cadastral sheet.The executrix now subdividing the land to give each beneficiary their lot of land.We were given verbal permission from the executrix and written permission from the beneficiary .will we loose the case and have to break down our house?
