R211A 4085-4089 + 4095-4099 is the third r211 to enter service! For unknown reasons, they didn’t couple 4085-4089 with 4080-4084. 4090-4094 was only recently delivered, making it unfit for service yet.

I like them. The only thing I don't like about them is the new 'The next stop is', 'This is' and 'The next and last stop is ' annocements by Kathleen. I personally think the ones by Catherine where better. Correct me if am wrong

I take the r211 from Inwood 207 st to lefferts. Boulevard to jay street
So basically all of the productions sets will have the digital advertisements for the ceiling cause when I rode the pilot set it still had the standard paper ones.
Yup! 100-104 and 4045-4049 also have paper ads.

What happened to the one every two weeks schedule? We should have like 6 trains if they were going on that schedule. Whatever the case this is nice to see

@@AceTNYC_722OMG those train crew members are just stubborn and bitter. Like it doesn’t matter what train they operate, whether it’s a SMEE or NTT. Just get on the damn train and get the job done! You ain’t being forced to take the train home with you, Like you’re getting paid anyway so what the hell is the point of complaining over the train fleet you’re being assigned to? If you don’t like it then quit, we have a city to get moving properly. I mean admittedly I don’t like the older train fleet that much but if it was my job to operate it then I’m gonna get on that SMEE train! After all New Yorkers are counting on me.

@@Amiri_Francis Also there isn’t enough Crew members to operate/bring in more R211A sets is due to the Cameras being in the Cab and apparently Crew Members are feeling very “disturbed” of being watched in the Cab.
I've never been on a MTA train before so I wanna know if there's other models that have screens that are pretty old and how have they held up? Are the screens broken by reckless passengers or are they fine?
the other trains don’t have electric screens they are old af some from the 70s still around

Nah, the whole electronic screen thing is as new as 2021 when it was only installed installed in some new tech trains, those have stayed strong... for now...
