To be fair I the conversations are strange and I'm pretty sure the demons in Shin Megami Tensei are bipolar. I remember beating Persona 5, and then went into Shin Megami Tensei 4. That was rough. The demons play games with you and make you either be modest, an asshole, or a simp. Either way, you never know, and it's like talking to patients in a mental asylum

@@nexusetmiaouss It's just ironic that you would call the Shin Megami Tensei Pixie the Pokemon Colosseum fairy since Megami Tensei was the first video game to feature monster collecting as a core gameplay mechanic and it was eveything that the highly religious parents were afraid Pokemon was in the 90's: You recruit demons and summon them to fight alongside you against the armies of Lucifer and/or God.

I'm glad you make videos about Nocturne's crazier moments and dialogues. All this stuff gets buried by the usual memes like ONE MORE GOD REJECTED etcetc... (not saying those are bad still).
I once had a Naga who asked me if he had shoulders, then got angry and accused me of lying when I said yes. I get that he just had typical snake demon dialogue, but that was still one of the highlights of my playthrough.
People don't mention all the in-battle dialogue weirdness you can get, oh and every other NPC you meet being a wacky shitposter. My favorite "obscure" moment is probably the cutscene before the Mara fight.
@@ShadowKusano yeah. the first demon you get, but not only her can become the uber pixie, you can use the demon you got from her too. like, you used pixie + slime to fuse in another demon then you fused that demon + another random demon to fuse even another demon. boths fused demons can be used to bring her back, if i remember correct.
Boyd the Reaver I played it on the actual 3DS. But you can get the 3DS Emulator on Citra and the game you can just search up online and there are tons of roms.
