@Anthony Lopez Don't worry, I got you. Vibrato (Italian, from past participle of "vibrare", to vibrate) is a musical effect consisting of a regular, pulsating change of pitch. It is used to add expression to vocal and instrumental music. Vibrato is typically characterised in terms of two factors: the amount of pitch variation ("extent of vibrato") and the speed with which the pitch is varied ("rate of vibrato"). In singing it can occur spontaneously through variations in the larynx. The vibrato of a string instrument and wind instrument is an imitation of that vocal function. @@DORIANELECTRA The vocal range here from "masculine" to "feminine" is the most intriguing and impressive thing I've heard in a long time. You are very excellent to listen to! A genuine performer. Not to mention you are a great dancer. Truly embracing everything with confidence and without doubt. Also, your aesthetic is a visually spectacular mind-fuck. I love the edgy 80's sound combined with everything. Do not stop! Ever. This needs to be recognized, respected, accepted, and appreciated.
As a cis-gendered straight male in the United States...I respect the hell out of Dorian and the message this song carries. Didn't know anything about them before today, but I'm glad they exist!
I don’t really like all these labels or why people feel the need so strongly to have them. I do believe in music however and Dorian makes excellent music :). And hopefully someday people will transcend this silly gender and race stuff- if gender is a social construct then Race surely isn’t real. We are all equal souls trying to do the best we can/ I resonate with that. Go Dorian!
Oh my God, I want this song to blow up so badly. This is the kind of pop we need but been lacking in for a long time. Creative and progressive! This is seriously some of the best music to have come out of this entire decade, imo. Bravo, Dorian! I'm so proud of you!
i've just heard of dorian so i've been watching their mvs all night and i've noticed that smashing glass objects on their head seems to be a theme in a lot of these videos.....anyway i'm absolutely obsessed!
I've always been straight. There's never really been much doubt of that in my head. But let's be real, most straight guys are caught up in a storm of toxic masculinity (or better yet, *limiting* masculinity) and this song has a list of great things to say to everyone a mile long. From the very first line, this is gold. The idea that you have to be tough and strong to show emotion and talk about your feelings is something most guys don't understand... or at least they didn't when I had a social life. Maybe things are changing. Maybe this is part of the reason why. Dorian, you rock in a way the world hasn't seen before. You're a hero.
As a cis bi man, I love this entire album so much, and this song specifically. You're the absolute GOAT Dorian, and I appreciate your courage and bravery so much. I can guarantee your name will go down in history as a NB/trans music icon

bro, quit your bullshit. that is not fencing.
the changes of the voice throughout the whole song and the lyrics are EVERYTHING thank you for the masterpiece, Dorian!! ❤️💖
thank you so much! :D
@@lulaalder8254 thank you so much!!!! :D
In love with how you fit the word "scuffle" into a song. Not many people say it, let alone make it work in a song.
Go Dorian!
@@ColinBurkeMusic amen! All I ask is people address me as I'm comfortable instead of forcing gender roles on me
yea
Oh my God, I want this song to blow up so badly. This is the kind of pop we need but been lacking in for a long time. Creative and progressive! This is seriously some of the best music to have come out of this entire decade, imo. Bravo, Dorian! I'm so proud of you!
thank you so so much! Really means so much to me to read
JUST FOUND THIS IN 2023 I AM LIVING FOR THIS LEGENDARY FUTURE POP CLASSIC. Dorian you are gorgeous & a genius!!!!!

i've just heard of dorian so i've been watching their mvs all night and i've noticed that smashing glass objects on their head seems to be a theme in a lot of these videos.....anyway i'm absolutely obsessed!
@@DORIANELECTRA CONFIRMED ILLUMINATI
@@DORIANELECTRA ...Dorian is lit that's on period...
2:19 this was so not what I expected but it's actually iconic. Amazing
I’ve only listened to this 2k times
THANK U
Spotify randomly played this song and i immediately fell in love, it's so good! And the video is so great too! You're awesome!

Fuck I don't want to destroy it xD
*finally*
@@jayden6994 it has to do with the artist
@@jayden6994 also this song is technically trying to break down the gender stereotypes of men(I dont have to explain them you should know) the end.
@@jayden6994 While I don't think it's necessary to point it out (cause it's pretty obvious) I don't think you can separate gender politics from the song. It's an important part of the message, and of the identity of the artist.
I’m really obsessed with the late 90s/early 00s vibe of this song.
0:30 idk why but I love the choreography so much lmao
Dorian’s existence is making me realize so much about myself, ive been feeling so dysphoric as a woman, but the emotions i felt after watching this confirms that i cant be cis At All
the amount of lewkszzzz in this music video is insane.
This song, and Dorian's music, helped me explore a type of gender expression I had never truly considered I could do, explore my own gender in a way I never thought of it before. Being masculine and yet such a pretty enigma is the *dream.* thank you, Dorian. Your representation means so much.
is it really a dorian electra mv if something doesnt get smashed over their head/they get beaten up?
honestly though i love it 100/100 the lighting and the costume changes and the song and everything WoW
Every video Dorian smashes something glass over thier head...its pretty great lol
WHY THIS IS SO UNDERRATED, EVERYONE NEEDS TO WATCH IT
Yea
thankful for dorian for acknowledging the inherent homoeroticism of masculinity
Are you man enough to soften up? Are you tough enough to open up? THE PART IS SO GOODDDD
