I recently discovered a strategy against Sukuna. When it opens its expansion, you can use Falling Blosson Emotion to negate almost all the damage, you alternate between the technique and the simple mastery to further reduce the effect.
Use simple domain to heal as you don’t need to block the sure hit, and when your simple domain breaks use fbe to bulk as much damage as you can. (Use damp when they use cleave, dismantle, or furnace) used this Strat for a while, works flawlessly 99% of the time
