Lovely reporting, stays a bit on the soft side though, could have gone deeper for me - the trick is really in the "seeing", you can read and learn about leadership in many ways, many ways using words, but actually engaging in leading a horse makes it very visual to our eyes and tangible in our bodies. The horse doesn't teach you anything, but you gain new insights by exposing yourself to new environments, and this is wat learning is all about: forming new neuronal networks - letting 2 neurons collide that never collided before.
That's why you see why many royalty love horse and rich people send they kids to horse lesson at early stage..

what a load of tripe. These 'lessons' can be learnt anywhere, any management course will cover these fundaments in some way. The only lesson I learnt was how easy it is to manipulate people into paying more for a basic leadership course by introducing horses into the mix.
