Hey David, I am glad you found the video helpful!
The good news is there are no any limitations to becoming a VA, no client ever ask me my level of education, and certainly there is no age limit.
The only thing VA clients care about is what you can do for them, as long as you can do the job client doesn’t care whether you have a degree or not.

I don't think you can become a VA with only your mobile phone. But there are some freelancing services you can start offering with your mobile phone.
