To my ears these 3rd Gen Air pods are more comfortable compared to the newer Pro version with the soft gel tips. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxgl8SzyQoymMu-S3V55Dskg5QJ8xr1yCR That said, compared to the 3rd Gen, I notice these do not stay planted in the ear as well. One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.

Cabled earphones can do a much better job for less than half the price. I think you maybe have to change the rubber thing on that goes to the ear to a bigger one, if you adjust them properly they have a better bass, but if they are loose in your ear this happens

These buds are much better sounding than entry level £15 - 20 headphones. It's a very obviously improvement and the volume is great. The different ear canal "hooks" are very useful for getting a great size. It's an innovative design that promotes correct fitment for improved bass.

I have mine redmi buds 3 lite global version. The sound is awesome very good battery life for 4 hours++ ip54 dust and rain .Finally low latency mode for mobile gaming. A really awesome product.
just got these, as you can see at 2:18, double tap on any bud, left or right, skips to next track. not as said in video, while picture shows correct. i have not found a way how to skip to previous track. let me know if anyone does.
Buds 3 lite is the name of the global version (the ones with the international box) Buds 3 youth edition is the name of the Chinese ones, with the Chinese box. That happens a lot with Xiaomi products, they tend to have a name on China and another in the rest of the world.
@@bersus3725 no, same product different name. The only difference is the paperwork. But I have seen a lot of people that because they bought the Chinese version they don't know some things like the low latency mode and others functions because the manual on that version doesn't have English.

Quality for music is passable , for podcasts with some EQ adjustments it's pretty good , battery life is ehhh I listen to a lot of podcast all day and I would appreciate a 20% larger battery on the case but for the price can't complain , the biggest complain is that they randomly stop associating with your phone and you have to go through the repairing procedure which some times doesn't work for no apparent reason and it can get frustrating , I get this almost every day some times several times per day , phone is redmi note 10 pro . The range is quite impressive though I can move around my 90m2 apartment and only after getting about 40-50m2 away from the phone through several walls some times they start getting bad connection , really nice. Overall really good price-performance-quality product I would buy 1-2 more of these just to have as backups because I tend to loose my stuff a lot and I won't feel that bad for loosing 17$ ear buds compared to 50$ ones or more. When I said quality for music is passable I am directly comparing it to a pair of wired zenith KZ ZSN PRO X which (depending on which of the two products you can get discounted) are almost 2x the price of these wireless buds , the audio quality is not 2x as good but it is fairly noticeable , and this last tidbit is subjective but the KZ ZSN PRO X is lower profile and in my ear at least they feel a lot better when laying down on my side , the redmi ones hurt my ears some times but offer better sound isolation.
@@TechBrothersReviews I forgot to mention in my comment the touch sensitive surfaces are functional but just about "functional" ,they feel as responsive as resistive touch screen on 2007 mercedes or newer entry level cars , not responsive at all , some times just by slightly touching skin it will interpret pause some times you spam tap tap but it doesnt register , you spam more and it brings up google when you want to skip forward , you have to tap in a very specific annoying pattern for it to register what you want

I think it's impossible to turn on or off earsbuds without a case - you cant even know when the case will be out of battery (the pro version has the same problem)
@@greenblood6859 I bought the buds so can answer this for you. Yes, you can play the next and previous track. There is no way to remap the controls, though there is an app for them so maybe there, i never checked. You can charge the case while using the buds as well, it makes no difference to it.
@@Sir99156 The cas eits self takes a bit of time,but you can use the vuds while you charge it so it doesn't matter.You can charge one bud at a time while using the other one,and you can create a infinite loop which you can use your bud slike normal cable earphones.With that techinich i whould say it takes about 20 minutes(macimum i whould day its even less than that) to get them to last 40 minutes playing together at maximum sound.To be honest i dont know the specifics out of my mind,but I can tell you it doesn't feel like a lot of time at all.Its like a whoosh and its charged.I definitely reccomend these for the price I bought them 20€.They cant play the previous track,thats the only downside from my opinion,but you really don't need that feature because i whould say that it isn't hard to get your phone out of your pocket or bag sence no cables exist.I don't know about pcs but i will warn you that they can't connect with a ps4 or other consoles as they are raw.Now don't get scared cause they can connect but they need an adaptor,which the adaptor can either have a wire that goes to their case,or it chould be wireless.I found an adabtor like that with good reviews at the price of 12€.I whod rate them 9/10 cause of the non existant option to play the previous track, and that they can't connect to a console raw,but other than that if you are worried about battery life,and charge time,i can tell you that even tho i have them in my ears 24/7 in max volume I don't remember the times I charge them.Its super super fast.

I recently got one but when the white indicator light flashes, I see the light through the mic hole which makes me hesitant to believe the one i got is authentic, or really IP54 rated. Just manually connect from the device you want , like phone or pc or tv. It hapens to me, but considering all the pros for the price i cant complain about this mild incovinience.

White charging in the box touch both buds for a certain time to reset them. Read the manual it tells you things like that.

No you can't. If they're disconnected they'll turn off automatically after 10 minutes, but you can't manually turn them off
