I love that you said that we all basically have basic requirements and differences in taste. My number one priority was close to work as I initially live an hour drive through rush hour traffic and that got old really quickly. I moved from Kansas so everything is a sticker shock really even to this day. However my car is now paid off and hopefully my condo in Kansas is about done with the remodel (it was three beds and two plus baths with nearly 1200 sq ft so stepping down to half the size has been the difficult thing for me. I need space for crafting. It didn't need to be fancy for me but closet space and storage is essential and my next place must have a washer and dryer in unit as I am done going places to do laundry. I am resigning my current lease (not the best neighborhood but it's not bad either) for one more year as hopefully I will be in a position to buy then but with the real estate market here...who knows. Prices are ridiculously crazy so we will see. Thanks for your insights and videos

Thank you for watching! :) I used Zillow for all of these. For me, an in-unit washer and dryer was a must so I filtered with that selection, too. I was searching back in April, though, and I know prices have definitely gone up since then. Just keep searching and I'm sure you will be able to find something amazing!
