I agree with you!!! I have a tendency to overthink and analyze everything. To the point of exhaustion. It s very hard for me to get my mind to low noise but ill continue trying.
I know this is old but as an overthinker I have to be annoyingly positive in my mind. As soon as that negative thought enters my mind I just flip it into a positive or just say to myself “that’s not true”. Once you get in the habit of challenging those negative thoughts and replacing it with positivity it’ll get easier to calm your mind and self soothe. Try meditating while doing the butterfly hug (my therapist taught me about it) it distracts ur mind and helps you just be!
Y’all... I’m shook. I watched this last night and literally woke up to two University offers today morning. One of my relationships changed for the better during the day when I least expected it. AND I finally got to talk to someone who’s been on my mind the past 2 weeks. I didn’t expect to run into them at all since our schedules are far too different yet I happened to run into them. Guys I never comment on a video, but my God this was life-changing. Alignment is everything. I listened to some meditation music to get focused on my breathing and then I started visualizing. Kid you not, minutes later I got exactly what I wanted. Here's a tip, after meditating if you feel like you're getting negative thoughts about what you manifested, just distract yourself and your mind. The universe has already heard what you wanted. It knows. You will have it. There's nothing stopping you from achieving what you want. If thoughts say otherwise, be like "I already manifested what I want. It is happening." And just distract yourself. Trust me. You will get what you want. There is nothing stopping you.

Last night I decided to try this. I’m already familiar with the importance and blessing of calming the mind but i never heard of calming your mind through your eyes. I decided to do 10 min of deep breathing, 10 min of breathing alternating between each nostril and then 10 min of just staring at the full moon last night. After that I set out my personal intentions and went to bed. This morning I received a very clear sign that this worked about 20 min ago. I’m going to keep this practice every night and/or morning to raise my frequency and calm my mind. Namaste 🙏🏾

Anyway, let me tell you what I did and maybe this will help. So I almost got an F in math before I went to high school, and let me tell you this. I have ALWAYS sucked at math. So I imagined myself talking to people I know in the future, and saying things like despite me being bad at math, I still managed to get an A after I discovered that I actually like math and that it wasn't so bad. Last night I decided to try this. I’m already familiar with the importance and blessing of calming the mind but i never heard of calming your mind through your eyes. I decided to do 10 min of deep breathing, 10 min of breathing alternating between each nostril and then 10 min of just staring at the full moon last night. After that I set out my personal intentions and went to bed. This morning I received a very clear sign that this worked about 20 min ago. I’m going to keep this practice every night and/or morning to raise my frequency and calm my mind. Namaste 🙏🏾
