@mrsxierox9 When the English weather permits it, which usually means spring and summer, I always see girls wearing dresses and mini shorts and they have bare legs. Totally normal. I've never seen a woman in a dress get groped and then told it was her fault simply because she was wearing an outfit that showed her legs in hot weather. The UK is not like that, from my personal experience. I'm sorry if you went through that, but I think it's unfair to say it is commonplace.
