I'm definitely going to keep an eye out for those greens next time I visit my local Asian grocer! I wonder if you'll like molokhia (jute mallow) it's definitely as slimy as eating okra. Which would make sense given they're in the same plant family
I do! There’s actually a recipe for Molohkia soup with wild rice in my book. I make it with dried mallow greens which are similar. Drying denatures the mucilage. Same thing with aveluk, which you def need to try if you haven’t. foragerchef.com/aveluk/
Dragon Star in St Paul. United Noodle is OK, but Dragon Star is worth the trip. That said their varieties change all the time and you have to go there regularly. Last week I got black nightshade greens and chipillin. Either way they always have a great variety.
I must try this now! I started growing Malabar Spinach in my garden and I just couldn't get it to stop...
It’s such a cool plant

In Minneapolis do you have any favorite Asian markets for cool greens?
