Its most likely because of an invisible *non collide* box which would give you the badge on touch, the AI doesn't take this into account that it is NON COLLIDEABLE.

Wasn't this the monster that didnt attacked the player but called the monster that actually attacked the player? like, he dont exactly gets TOO near to the player (you can clearly see that he has a siren head), ik that this area is safe, but it would be better to show off with the monster that actually attacks the player

That was the entity that attacks the player. Also both entities do kill the player, the other one just doesnt have an animation for it.
