After some years not playing Yugioh, I recently had installed it on Steam just for lols. Built a Dark World deck, and the average experience was that no game lasted longer than 2 turns and took 20 minutes. I hated it, and will be done with Yugioh for good now, I think.
you know when mark's popularity is increasing when you see more and more of his otk decks in ladder. Must have played against like 10 of these chalice otk decks so far
It is normal for your opponents to be scared. Flamewaker Mage has been a long time meta tyrant, especially with the fall of Infinite Turns. They copy Apprentice a couple of times and rip through their deck on turn 7 avg. Your opponents must be instead wondering why’s 40 cards diluting the deck and why’s a Meme master climbing to legend with a meta strat.
I fought so many Timewarp abusers in my way to legend in wild.. even if they have 0/8 on quest they can on turn 4-6 play 1 Sorcerer apprentice and its gg, mana bisquits just too dumb Only way to beat them is Dirty rat+ seance/raise dead, Okani. With their iceblocks and rewinds you cant kill them either without flare
There should be a rule that every card should always cost at least 1 mana, unless specifically worded that it costs 0. Would stop all this bullshit from happening.
It wouldn't really solve the problem since they have the tourist that replays every spell after 3 turns. They can pop off the last turn before and get all the cards back the next turn to win before you have time to do anything. It wouldnt be an 0tk but it still would be incredibly strong. The only solution I can see is making the chalice only target minions
Well damn. Didn't know Divine Brew said Character not Minion. Hm not friendly either. I've been crushing people with it and Lynessa but I guess I can't read.
You must not have learned much about the latest expansion. Mage has a legendary with the keyword "paladin tourist" meaning mage can run paladin cards from perils in paradise, like the brew
@@neoboxer you'll need to update to the latest version, and randomly unpack, or craft, one of the tourist legendary cards. In this case "Raylla, Sand Sculptor". Then you'll need to put that card in your mage deck, which will give you access to the paladin tab, allowing you to put paladin cards in your deck

yeah, when will the dev team learn that any zero cost card should be exceptional or an unique situation. Not rampant everywhere in wild and standard.
