cozy autumn/winter night routine | self care rituals and winding down after college

Hi everyone! I hope you've been well ☁️ In these busy times, I wanted to bring you along for a cozy evening with me as I wind down after college. This was filmed a few weeks ago back when it was still much more fall than it was winter but the cozy vibes are still there! I seriously cannot wait for winter break so I can just bundle up and watch movies all day. I am trying to work on more college/productivity-related content but to be honest, these past few weeks have been so crazy busy that I feel like self-care videos like this one offers me a break from all of the stress I've been feeling because of school. Seasonal depression is very real!! If you’re experiencing it, try to keep your windows open and drink lots of orange juice and foods that have vitamin D to make up for the missing sunlight
