I was worried Part 2 was the end of it all. I'm so happy to see the actual conclusion with Part 3. I've been waiting for this specific epilogue video and the completed Iron Man build! This is what makes NFTI and its own legacy! It's fun like TKOR, but not a copycat in any way, shape, or form! Love it!
Hey Nate quick little idea for better weight distribution. In the back packing industry they use waist straps and a lightweight frame to hold most of the weight of a backpack to relieve some of the pressure from your shoulders you could probably incorporate a waist strap with some padding like a thick belt and incorporate a weight transfer method!

One little suggestion I can make is the finish looks incredible but perhaps you could get some form of metallic paint to make it look less like plastic? It absolutely is not necessary obviously but it might make it look even more amazing. It looks incredible regardless though!
Seems like the historically (kind of) accurate Norman / Viking style costume is the easyer choice. That setup is designed and tested for mobility and I can chose what part to wear without looking incomplete,
Looks really cool but something about it looks a little off to me, especially the colour of gold "panels". Would darkening the grooves help? Perhaps you could also work some EL wire into it at certain body panels to add more detail/contrast? Also want to say that the wrist switch for the repulsors is a genius idea!
I want to try on a new helmet. This one has about 1cm between my eye and the mask of the helmet, so there's no space. But I have a disassembled pair of AR glasses and I want to fit them into a new helmet with a bit more space.
me who got a 3d printer a couple months ago: that suit looks fucking bad ass and insanely well done. also me: i know my printing budget would not afford to do a project like that. also me again: its at least reassuring that this obviously was a multiple month project and youve shown that much by having 3 videos about it spanned out since early last year. people on reddit sometimes make it seem like projects like that only take a couple weeks which i know is seldom actually the case
You said you had trouble seeing in the suit. Could a small pinhole camera be put in and the feed brought up to your eyes? Maybe in the chest or in the neck piece?
You should make master chief from halo (video game version) and somehow you put your hand out flat in front of you Cortana should appear like she does in the game
Can't you go on hikes with a heavy backpack just to get used to carrying the weight around? If heat is an issue can't you build a ventilation system into the suit?
Two systems that should be added to these suits...air conditioning. And maybe a motor system so that it could support its own weight. The power requirements and weight of those motors though...

Porgrammed with the A.L.I.S.H.A. board made by crashworks, it uses two panels you can find easily by searching "LED eye lghts."
