You need a chainlift

get a chainlift

get a chainlift, make sure it goes all the way up until your desired height, then tilt the track a bit over it so the coaster makes it up.
Or get a booster (for the rides that can use it.)

So you know how you can make different sections, you should be able to make people pay to go into the different sections for example you should have to pay to go in a winter biome or just a different area.
