People who find this behaviour strange are not naive or insecure, they're just holding others to the same standard they themselves uphold. Good women are for good men.
If Ammarah was insecure she'd show off her beautiful body too, and get those butt lifts and lip fillers and attract lustful men too. But she has higher standards. Those women aren't even comparable to her. Ammarah deserves massive appreciation 👏🏼 👏🏼
This was an amazing podcast. It’s extremely hard as Muslims to work in a western work environment and it does get to the point where you do question nearly everything. Life is a test for the believers and I’m really happy that you made it through. As Muslim sheltered women it’s a massive shock and I agree it’s not insecurity but it’s just getting your head Around things you are not used to . May Allah swt keep you both strong and steadfast. Ameen
@@MariqStefan i believe what they meant is women who aren't that exposed to the outside world too much. Could have gone to all girls schools/universities and may not have interacted too much with boys apart from maybe their own family.
These are not properly raised boys. To talk about any woman like that and to look at a woman like that. That's disgusting. Glad you're openly having this conversation.
Never be okay with such an environment as a newly married woman or new exposure to such newness because you are "understanding". You just dont know so Ammara is very real to us about this and I appreciate that a lot in how she went about discussing this with her husband and how he also is being open and honest. Thank you guys! Make sure you communicate and devlop an understanding and give voice. Thanks Ammara for sharing with us your genuine reactions and thoughts and walking us through this experience. Glad Ammara is raising the flag... showing clear disdain and disgust where it NEEDS to be shown as a Muslim wife, Muslim woman while being respectful, understanding in distinguishing the different aspects of this.
I honestly think Amara, the difference is that you experienced all that at once at 100km/hr rather than most people who get exposed to it gradually over their life's and know how to handle it differently for better or for worse
I’d react the exact same way tbh Amara. I think it would be worrying if the wife didn’t have gheerah over her husband (some Muslim wives don’t and cheat etc.). Alhamdulillah you both passed that test as perhaps some couples wouldn’t have. Another amazing episode, keep them coming! Love ya’ll xx
Just because a certain behaviour is so common, it shouldnt be normalised, rather as Muslims we should still hate it in our hearts and deeply dislike it and pray to Allah to protect us from it. How else do we encourage the norm to become modesty?
Amarah the way you felt was completely valid, subhanAllah that is such a difficult thing to deal with. I’d hate to be in that environment and to have my husband in that environment so the way you felt is valid. And to deal with that when you’re newly married, I can’t even imagine. So big ups to you. May Allah preserve your family and protect you all from the fitnah outside.
Im in a 12 year marriage but honestly this is how marriage should be.. Allah as your centre mashallah. I really hope that by you both being in the open on socialmedia will not affect you. Because evil eye is real so you have to protect yourself more than the average person. So many people see you. Im asking Allah to preserve this respectfullness you both have
Great video and i dont think you Amara's worries are wrong. As she said this was something completely new to her. But i like what sufyan said too regarding trusting your partner. It's also important that both people communicate regarding this and establish their insecurities and how they should behave in such scenarios. Hope that more muslims find it easier to do so. May Allah keep blessing you two.
It seems two of you have a beautiful relationship. You are working through your relationship and that will make your life better because you are communicating. Yes we must remember God/ Allah first. He can help you through anything
This was creme de la creme the rawness alongside bussing some jokes and topped off with Islamic advice, you guys did it again ! Allahuma Barik ! May your bond receive divine blessing and may you pass your obstacles and tests with flying colours Allahuma Amin ! Can’t wait for the next Episode ! You guys are doing a great job and your relationship will flourish Amin !
I work with kids as well and I too was shocked at how unfiltered kids could be!😅 but yes I also understand where Amara was coming from. Sometimes women can move absolutely MAD! And even though they know the man is married, they will still try to wiggle their way in.
Mr X is very mature and Mrs X you are such a beautiful spirit and person. As long as your husband loves you is all that counts. God/Allah should be first so you seem to be on the right direction

Salam W'alaikum wa rahmat ullahi wa barakaatu Soufyan and Amara. You both have been through great tests from Allah SWT and as someone watching on the sidelines I am genuinely of the opinion that it has only strengthened your relationship. From watching through most of your videos since I reverted a few months ago, your marriage has blossomed into a beautiful thing, such a connection you two share. You are perfect for each other. It has been heartwarming to learn about your story and filled my heart with the aspiration to find this kind of love for myself one day inshAllah 😅 Truly Allah knows best, Jzk to you both 🤲
Wa alaikum as salaam brother! Alhamdulilah for you coming to Islam 💖 that's so beautiful to hear. Humbled to have you with us & we pray Allah SWT grants you the best of spouses 🤲🤲🤲 ameen. Yes, the tests definitely lead to deeper connection after. May Allah SWT allow us all to pass our tests with ease in this life. 🤲 Thank you for leaving us such a beautiful comment! 😊
Sister Amera, u were young & went to Islamic schl that is why u were shocked about it, I think😢 your husband brought u to work with him because he was Not interested in with these cheap ladies😤🤣 you were/is his queen 🙌🏽🙌🏽sis & he is a man of God mashaAllah. May Allah protect you guys🤲🏼🤲🏼
I wish Me X, you could teach my grandson in school or give him tutoring. His dad/my son passed away on July 25,2023.😭😭😭 We miss him so very much. My grandson is now 9. His birthday just passed my grandson experienced his birthday without his dad for the first. I need to know what I can do to guide him especially in school. I would say more but I would rather email you. I promise I won’t burn you. How do I DM a person? I seriously want my grandson to have someone to talk to that is level headed. You seem very levelheaded. I believe you are an excellent teacher as well….. I need tips for him to get through school. …by the way, his dad was only 44 years young. 😢 His birthday is soon approaching 9/12/23. I think he will be sad that day. Any suggestions
As a Muslim It's really easy to understand everything my sister Amara felt and for me to be in that environment I would be disgusted at every moment I have to live through that and it just shows you how Hypocritical the western society is, they keep talking about being civilized and the equality of men and women and women's rights and freedom but when live with them you see how women are degraded but their society convinced them that that is her being free and liberated while in reality they broke them and have them or most of them to only get validation by attracting males. Try as mush as you can to give them Dawah and teach them about Islam as they will never find peace without it. and God bless you guys and I hope one day to live in a place where it suits your values and morals.
Thank you bro! I'm glad you can see it from that perspective too. It is a societal thing rather than down to just individuals. Same thing over and over from a broken culture with lost values. Much more used to it now which is kinda sad 😅
I relate amarah!!! That’s why I’d always say I wouldn’t want to work with my husband 😂. I kinda knew I’d go crazy if things were said or how my husband acts with other women. But Alhamdulillah May allah bless your marriage!
this was a very interesting podcast to watch, Don't worry Amara when your channel takes off Sufyan may not have to work in that environment anymore Inshallah.
Aww, this was tough and i can imagine that workspace like this is very hard to navigate but i thinl Amara is validated to feelbhow she felt because these spaces are haram anyway, so Allah does not allow it for a reason. So i hope that Soufyan doesnt let Amaras lack of trust come between them because in these matters, trust doesnt matter. Check the story of Barsissa.
Oh I definitely trust in Sufyan. These scenarios just make me super uncomfortable & hearing how some men think really shocked me 👀. Unfortunately we've had to get used to it over time because it's the environment we live in. It is a test if you're someone who cares, but alhamdulilah for spouses who are true to each other and Allah SWT. 🤲
I have a question. Could you advise why muslims in the UK would have one wife but Muslims in africa can have up to 4 wives without the wife making it a big issue? Is there a difference in faith or is it Culture?
It isn't obligated to have 4 wife...the life style in UK and Africa are different... Having more than one wife is expencesive, it is even hard to have one wife let alone 4 lol.... Plus I think the UK low doesn't allowed to have more than one wife on paper( you can have side chick but not wife)
Gosh, this video had me laughing….O Amara, so much to comment on, but your narrative about the young boys, had me laughing aloud. However I thoroughly enjoyed this discussion, of course Sufyan you were great in understanding her feelings. I am not Muslim but thanks for the explanations of your religion. Well done.👏🏽👏🏽🫶🏽😂😂❤
