In regard the peoples participation in their own matter and concern in the fundamental right of citizen is very disgusting and out casting .I AM NOT SAYING OUT OF NO WHERE! Eg (1) The 1993 Eritrean Referendum: In that time I was in the city of my current adress with my family.While some Eritreans were got opportunity invitation to vote for their right of choice.Me and my wife were not in vited or informed to excercise our fundamental Right to cast a vote in the referendum time. Second during the so called Eritrean Constitution Drafting Public Consultation we were sided out from participation .There were no reason to be excluded except both were ELF members. We knew later on some of our Eritrean who live in our residential city(canada) some years ahead of my family got invited to cast a vote during that time. So how in earth do you say the 1997 Constitution is Inclusive ,while it is Biased ,like Black and White or If you are Shabia ALRIGHT, if YOU are JEBHA(ELF) Stay BACK. A Halh FREE and A HALH OUT SIDER. There for for a tue freedom and a way to Democracy and Fundamental Right to all citizen a New Revised Constitution should be at hand before the Savage dictator is knocked out to garbage bin. For all Eritrean citizen /nationals ,with out singling out in their country/national matter. My good wish and harmony to all of us.
There is no need for tempering with the 1997 ratified Eritrean Constitution. Those who, wittingly/unwittingly, are trying to do so are exonerating the impostor from being tried for violating it. Recall when he said the Constitution was dead, he was paving his way out from having to stand trial under its terms. Besides, the Amendment Clause was incorporated in order to correct any shorting coming that may appear at future date.
