Kinda never understood the need for map guide, just play the game, see where are people playing, go yourself to different positions and test them out, its not a rocket science. Do you really need a guide telling you to go to the city in Ruinberg and sit behind a cover in your heavy tank? Or a guide telling you to go to the corner of a El haluf and brawl it out or snipe from base in paper tank?

I would love to see “1 vs 1”. Tanks with similar play styles for example Type 5 vs Maus or Sconq vs Kran, 2 live games each and see who wins statistically
I would love to see a series of what to do when things go WRONG...Fallback positions, reading of your teams and enemy movements and positions, when to run, when to push, etc. Basically a series on how to save your score. The nice thing is you may not even have to shoot new videos but take pieces from games you've played already in a compilation video, and walk us through them. I also love when you pause the video to make commentary. You could entitle it: "How To Do The Things Properly". Thanks King Baboon!
Yeah man, map guides will be awesome, just perfectly awesome. It would be nice to see, how to play a map, how you can find possitions either in medium, heavy ,TD, or either in light tank. This would be nice to see all the oportunities finding the right angles, the right possitions to shoot, to help your team , to be helped by your team, WOULD BE A MASSIVE INCREASE OF THE EACH PLAYER SKILL. And btw, maybe sometimes you can help community with that, playing even platoons with friends.
hey skill, personnaly i like the daily dose when u play a few battles live because that is something that makes u more unique. featuring replays is already done by sooooo many others. also the stream funny moments are the best!!!!
I REALLY like it when he is having fun, any youtuber or streamer who is having a meltdown is a turn off and I just stop their video. Skill is chill a good 95% of the time and makes me chuckle almost every video.
Of the best map guide is watching skill play the maps. I love it when he gives commentary about what he's doing and why. That's where I learned the most. Really, those ones are much better than map guides.
I would love to see more collabs, daki, mous, dez, AEG, maybe iyouxin or kajzoo even. I would also not mind another rating for index on how bad the tank is to grind from stock.
I'd personally love to see map guides, because you're one of the few CCs that is equally good in all types of tanks, but the objective fact is that they sadly perform considerably worse than videos that take 20% of the effort to make, at least that's what most CCs say.
So one idea for new content would be to look at replays of avg baboons and give tips on what could have been done better or differently. So the newer baboons can maybe find mistakes in their game faster than if you just talk about it. As a kind of small guide for players who are stuck but want to get better. And on the subject of sharing dreams with you, well YT certainly does not allow it when I write this here, but you are of course included in this dream! And naked.
I would like to see guides for advanced players like me with 57% recent WR and 2,500Wn8. I seem to not be getting any better at the game and i try but nothing works. I have also NEVER 3 marked a tank in my 25,000 games, i have got close a few times and 2 marked a handful of tanks but never 3 marks. So a guide for advanced players and how to 3 mark tanks for people like me would be super beneficial.
I don't care about map tutorials, it cannot be done well because of variety of tanks... I LIKE WHEN YOU COMMENT POSITION IN LIVE GAMING/REPLY. It makes a lot of sense for me when you say "with this tank I go to this position, because..."
About map guide requests: when you do daily dose of skill, every day with different tanks, all (normal) classes, live battles, gameplay commentary... THAT is the best guide we can have. I saw some map guides and there is a reason why not many CCs do them, there is just way too many factors influencing where to play at the moment, also it depends heavily on the player. So keep up what you doin, it is amazing. For content suggestions, I loved mixed LT gameplay video, would like to see some similar format videos. Few nice games with various tanks of same class or playstyle (for example paper mediums, auto(re)loaders, support heavies, armored TDs...)
I would like to see you do a best of three for every tank in a line, beginning at tier 2. A lot of vehicles that players just grind out very quickly and then leave behind are actually really powerful. (Seal clubbers pick certain tanks for a reason.) Besides, our player numbers are pretty stagnant, most of the lower level players in WoT are pretty experienced these days. (Here on NA anyway.)
Add pictures of the maps onto the index page, and you can select heavy, medium, light and super clicker. You can highlight where you should play. Key bushes, hull downs and some first shot potential. Shouldnt take you long to do and would be very helpful for those interested.
Feel you work in map guides whenever you play by mentioning why you go to certain spots and pointing out the alternatives that you don't want to go to. Just have to pay attention during the vids, its all in there, great presentation skill.
1. Useful links. For example - I saw u use some kind of armor heat map. Today u used best plays storage. At least newer players do not know that stuff. 2. Modes - most usefull ones, how they look like and where to get them. 3. WoT eco system. Bonds, cradit, gold etc. What to do always and what not. What are good features, what is not. You know this game as your 20 fingers. 4. Video with your working space was useful, good ideas were suggested. What about hardware and all the stuff u use - i know, u use simple mouse and keyboard. But also use some king of separate keyboard, or ar dreaming.. 5. Arta's are for those people, who are not so quick, its to stressful to play with ligths/mediums/heavies. Those machines are part of every war, so game w/o artas will look more fantasy game than real one. May be once in a while there could be a joint platoon with a guys who plays artas? It would be interesting to hear what is good arta player in your and your baboon's opinion. 6. What is going on in WoT world what concerns clan clashes. what are best players, best clans. How looks like those clans clashes for the worlds dominance - i havent seen any of videos with this stuff :) Anyway, thanks for your time doing what u do - even my wife likes your talk in background when she is doing her stuff :D

I'm newish to the game, started playing just 6 months back at a workmates insistence and I love the tank-specific content you have. I can search for the tank I'm up to in my research tree, and see how the playstyle should be played by an expert like you, before trying it myself. Going for 100% British line, just got to T8. Please do more beginner friendly content, or maybe one video of how to set the crew up and stuff, I'm still a little confused about the UI, skills, how much a 3% or 6% gain is (like, why are vents the best??). Also.. how do you drive in one direction, look in another direction, while keeping the turret facing towards the enemy? Learning about shift and 'g' keys for artillery playstyle changed my bishop experience in a massive way!! Was a nightmare before that haha
One thing that you used to do on vids that we no longer see is the tank that your playing in the garage before you click the battle button, so we can see what equipment you are using, i know the index tells us what you recommend but perhaps you could explain why you use the equipment that you recommend or perhaps have battles where you use your alternative options, perhaps we could have tech tree vids like we used to? theres been a few new branches since they stopped. Most the time I just watch your game play skill and then try the same positions or even explore myself on situations and angles for different tank types. So having a dedicated map guide with all tank styles would be good, but I think different situations arise for different positions and show off the "general" good positions and their own situations 😊
Id love to see a compilation of under rated tanks. I personally cant stand meta hugging so I tend to like off meta tanks that still do good but you dont see all that often such as the STII or bz 75
I found Skill 3 weeks ago and have been chain watching his videos since. Only the last 3-4 days I really started paying attention to where he plays on each map. I still don't have which tank goes where and then there is opposite spawns on each map. A lot to remember and I have a busy life outside this game but I was able to remember some from Skill and my game play has significantly improved at least the last 2 nights. Thanks Skill for being an "Internet beggar" LOL.
I love out-of-meta plays and challenges. It’s exciting to see you play a bad tank with a difficult situation and have a great game. Confusing enemies with strategies like ramming, one-shotting with FV, or getting behind their base with ELC-EVEN and getting a good score is exhilarating. maybe a series with tanks that are the most fun to play with, without tryhards setups like bond equipment,food, fully trained crews etc, just a casual tank that is fun and can perform nicely

The tank is not OP since it has a lot of drawbacks but the insane alphadamage is still a broken mechanic. Arties arent OP either but the mechanic itself is broken.
Hi @skill. Thank you for the opportunity to make suggestions. 😊 Have you ever considered (maybe it can fit on your Index page) something like your "suggested upgrade path" for a tank. Sometimes I struggle to decide which modules to research before which, e.g. is it better to research tracks on one tank, or save the XP and rather push to get a better gun, then only research tracks. This will be different for every tank so I think I make a lot of mistakes with this. I hope you understand what I try to explain. 😊 Thumbs up for the work that you do. Keep it up.
For me your best content is when you platoon with other streamers, I like the banter, I like the stupid tank platoon challenges, I like how relaxed everyone is during the mulitple hour platoons, every one chatting just like good mates.
First idea: "Top of the tree" videos - one live battle with tech tier VIII, one with tier IX, one with tier X, you show only the first game in which MM put you as the top tier in the battle and at the end of the video you're comparison which one was the most pleasant to play. Second idea: Comparison video: tech tree tier VIII vs his brother premium tier VIII - in which one you'll get more damage in 2-3 battles of live gameplay.
Skill, you manscaped your head! Smmmooooooth baboon! As a newer player, I enjoy the mid-tier reviews/gameplay etc on Extra channel, since I'm hovering around tier 5-7. Two of my roomates from college started playing last year ( we graduated in the mid 90s, so we're old..lol... but we get together once or twice a week to platoon) We all use the index. The index is a godsend thank you and crew for all the hard work. Personally, I really enjoy when you do the platoon vids, I'd love to see one of them every couple months. As for the map guides, watching you play in your daily dose vids and on stream(when I can) is the best of map guides. Hello Mister. I love your new hairstyle, it shows your true fighting spirit, no limits, no hindrances. 1. It would be nice to use as a theme for future videos, things that are poorly explained by most content producers in WOT, things that would help the new player community understand why a player with 4 aces in hand is weaker or more hard as another player with 4 aces in hand (to put it in poker terms) and not only by simply stating that the RNG is to blame for everything. Can you make a video showing how a tank W behaves (let's call it) with a 100% trained crew but without any skills, and how a 100% trained crew behaves but with 5-8 skills , and not through the lens of your own tank, but in the training section of the game, show how it affects the crew as another tank Y (let's call it) firing at the primary tank W, and you will show how the RNG becomes biased for the two cases (actually 4, if you also take into account the Y tank crew trained to 100% without skills, or 100% with 5 - 8 skills): - with the crew without skills, the W tank will invariably be hit from almost any distance, when firing the Y tank with the crew with 5-8 skills (I'm not talking here about penetration, gold or regular shells). - with the crew with 5 - 8 skills, the W tank, shots will often be missed even from 50 meters by the Y tank which has a crew without any skills (most of the time). etc. etc. 2. Few beginner/intermediate players understand that in WOT there are premium tanks with limited/favored MM, and they don't understand how that works, those small differences in load times, a small difference in speed, or penetration, or rotation, or at the viewing area through the prism of the fact that tanks with a higher tier and obviously better qualities will not enter the competition, will make those tanks with favored MM, somehow ensure easier fates to beat. 3. There are some strange but very funny tanks that anyone can have fun with, but which are so rarely staged for various reasons (either they are low tier, or they are not used correctly in most cases, or they have some qualities that confuses a regular player) and I mean here: - Renault UE 57 - tier 3, default with 0.35 dispersion, APCR 75 dmg, 180 penetration and 1115 velocity!!! - FV304 Tier VI British Artillery, default 72.4 km/h top speed!!! And so on. 7. It would be an epic battle a 7 (EBR 105) vs 7 (Mouse), when you platoon with your dear family of streamer friends, I'd pay to see that, your team with the EBRs of course. 😋 I love watching you, and I hope that the 200-300 hours you devote to WOT per week do not affect your health. What I think will matter to you and the community that has embraced you for a long time is of course your honest way of reacting in games mixed of course with a humor that very few streamers have. Keep it up and you'll fill hearts. Dearfully.💯❤

hey mr. skill, I personally would not mind somewhat of a tutorial on how to play a specific tank, for example tips and trick for playing the s.conq, or 60tp or fv4005 or any other tank, how do you play that tank, what to do what no to do, how to sidescrape properly, hidden or less known weak spots etc.
Why not map guides? Skill, I love how you point out the "typical bush" or a fine viewpoint to catch the tourists. It seems like there IS interest here, maybe reconsider your decision? BTW, I LOVED Alphashooters talent for anticipating where enemies were going to go, and then spanking them like there is no tomorrow. GG, Alphashooter!
I would like to see you play 3/2 battles with a tank with your top crews and top equipment, but first completly stock, second battle with improved modules and the last battle fully researched tank ( this is 3 battles total --- it would be completly stock to fully upgraded with 2 battles format). It would show us the true limitations of the stock tank compared to upgraded, where there would be a top player with super crew and equipment squeezing the maximum out of it
⬇Just an Opinion⬇ I think that daily videos is a bit too much. Most people don't have 20-30 minutes every day to watch the same video format. I would drop daily videos for 2-3 videos a week. A good idea is what Steve does "expert reviews", where he analyses a good replay closely, and explains the moves, positions and tank strengths/weakness. This format combines map guides, tank reviews and replay reviews in one. Plus, players can learn a lot from this. I think I personally enjoy these types of videos most, because they are entertaining and helpful. !This is NOT an advice, just my opinion! Thank you :)
Hi Skill, love all ur content on YTB and Twich its an amazing distraction from uni to chill !! I had two ideas for u to maybe try out : 1) every month or so u do a Skill funny moment compilation which i personally love and wait for every time, maybe something fun would be to see you react to a viewers funny moment, people send their clips in on discord and one of ur mods compiles the best for u. It creates even more interaction with community, you could view it on stream and laugh a bit and then upload it with ur reaction to YTB (even on extra channel), its in a way "easier" content and a good laugh. It wouldn't have to be every month as it takes some time to compile and sort out but you get the idea im sure. 2) Second idea is more for stream but you could do like a "challenge" every so often where for a whole day / or just a few games on stream you have to have to transform certain term u say often in another language, like "what a shot" becomes "Qué disparo" in spanish or "ladies and gentlemens" become "meine Damen und Herren" in german. And if chat think u did good then they start a hype train and if u loose bc u forgot too many times then u give 1 sub or vip in chat. It creates interaction with different communities for every language and a good laugh for viewers to see u speak a tiny bit of other language and it doesnt change ur content bc its only a few words from time to time. This one is a bit more tricky but could be amazing if ur up for the challenge!!
Maybe a series about what to do when you're losing: when the score is 0-10 and how you can maximize your performance while death is coming lol You can put videos in from other players who have turned the game around to victory or made something from nothing and ended up with good scores. Including games from other players should help make things easier for you as well so you won't have to hope for such a game yourself every time lol
Really appreciate that you want to listen to the community. To be honest, the most interesting question for me is how you can stick with the same game for years. I am the type of person who usually plays just one game at a time, and I have had periods where I played World of Tanks (WoT) since 2014, with multiple breaks, the longest one being almost 4 years. It is quite an interesting game, but every time I reach a point where it feels repetitive, I end up taking a break from it and come back to it after a year. So, my simplified question is: How do you manage to stay engaged with the same game for such a long period of time?
I like the most the regular live gameplays where you even fail and explain why. Live gameplays with a specific tank,explaining the reason why you do each move or pointing to important positions is the best for me. From time to time,best 3 tank videos,or even some epic game is nice as well,but it shouldn't be the main content. I'm not fan of map guides-each game is different anyway... Keep up the good work!
Not a full blown map guide, but map positioning tip based on different or specific situation. Like if you want to set up ambush while retreating etc...
Oh also thanks for making a video like this describing some of how being a streamer actually is. I had no idea you spend ~300 hours a month involved with this, gaming, streaming, editing, planning new content, reviewing old content, your mental health etc. I hope you are making much more than you need to live and are stashing a lot back for the future.

I'm not a high caliber player like you and many other skilled players, and I absolutely love watching you kick ass, and love to see your humility when you lose, you're truly a good guy... with your level of skill, it may be boring to some, but a progressional series from new to you, considering most don't have the funds, or newly learned skills, maybe a guide on playing the role, playing the tank and playing the map, how they differ, and inter-twine in some aspects... i dunno, I watch you and try to adapt my views and actions, but still suck as much as I ever have, lol. If I only had the gold to spend and use better ammo, etc. I truly appreciate your skills and time you've dedicated to this platform. Keep it up, great job!
A map guide can just a photo of whare you would place the tanks on it, not an actual video. We would still appreciate it. Other people have done it but I know you can do it better, like more user friendly interaction. For example we can hover the mouse cursor on a location where you put a tank in a bush and it also has a photo of the location so we can identifier easier and quickly.
That centurion was a hero for parking in front of him in the cap. I think the format for map positions has to be more simple. Claus did a statistical break down for LTs. I think you could go over it the same way for each class by just using the most damage from the top 10 spots. No replay, just the map blown up showing each spot has yielded the showing the replay outcome screen. Just a thought. Maybe add a link for the top game with commentary, short video.

I would like to see a game in a tier 8, 9 and 10 of the same tech tree, so you can see the differences and see if its a good line to grind. Maybe even tier 7, but that grind isn't really a problem i think

Great replay. As to your request, I'd like to see comparisons between similar tanks highlighting the pros and cons of each and contrasting the abilities between the tanks, such as three different medium tanks (like the M4A3E8, the T-34-85 and the Cromwell at tier 6). What types of play styles work with the different tanks. Things like that. Keep the highlight games coming though, because they are informative too. I'm looking forward to see what you come up with going forward.
Hi Skill! I would like to see more videos about enemy tank weakspots, where u can try to ammo rack or fire the fuel tank every enemy tanks. There is so few explanation on the internet where to aim, etc. Thank you!
I think both FVs are frustrating to play against if nothing else. I have no idea how to balance them because they're not too strong, though it seems to me like they're similar to clickers: Not OP, but frustration - shouldn''t have been added in he first place.
Some ideas for index when you/your developers have free time:) From the guy that works with numbers and statistics. 1. you use 6 features of the tank with 1-5 star rating. It look's like ideal type of data to be visualized by a so called 'radar plot'. 2. another interesting think would be to see where is the tank's penetration/armor etc. compared to other tanks of the same tier. I'm not sure about that as it could be a lot of work or it could make the site crowded, but i'll leave the idea nontheless.'Food for thought' 3. aobut YT/streams, i saw some other streamer using eyetracker, what do you think of that?
I like the idea of early game passive scouting positions, but really I just don't like the videos with those bullshit tanks that break the game because wargaming was greedy with loot boxes AKA BZ-176. Trashbarn isn't broken because you have to trade everything for that alpha damage, where as the BZ-176 gives up nothing, which is why it breaks the game.
Thank you for all the entertainment in the past years. Diablo4 is out so i will be there for a few month. Map position guide is like telling someone that b5 is a good chess position. Just show different games and let the people know what should be done in this situation.
As so many guys already said here, whatever you do, do live battles, don't feature too many replays. They are just so boring in comparison to you being able to ex. get 10 kills with the joh tank in your first battle (and your live reactions that go with that)
Also that comment on the wot replays page with the person whining about the usage of gold ammunition. No understanding that the vehicle’s gold is “low pen” by comparison with the standard AP.

I only need 1 thing: TVP VTU gameplay🥰. Bonus: if you use 88 gun, use the stock turret, because you get 8 degrees of gundep instead of 6. -10 metres view range and small losses worth trading for 2 extra degrees of flexibility. With 105 gun go for top turret.

That's too bad... I would actually use a lot some map guide and I don't think I'm alone. There are so many maps I'm clueless how to play or I knew how to play 5 years ago before I stopped play for a long time. Now after comming back things are played out differently.

Would you be interested in doing multiplayer events? Like having some sort of event or mini tournament on stream where viewers can also join in? Imagine like what Dez used to do on youtube (all maus, etc). Could be nice from a community perspective. And the highlights could go on youtube, or in an edited format.

1v1 is also great fun to do yourself. Go to training grounds with a friend and beat the shit, oil and spent casings out of eachother!

I would love to see a series of what to do when things go WRONG...Fallback positions, reading of your teams and enemy movements and positions, when to run, when to push, etc. Basically a series on how to save your score. The nice thing is you may not even have to shoot new videos but take pieces from games you've played already in a compilation video, and walk us through them. I also love when you pause the video to make commentary. You could entitle it: "How To Do The Things Properly". Thanks King Baboon!

Yeah man, map guides will be awesome, just perfectly awesome. It would be nice to see, how to play a map, how you can find possitions either in medium, heavy ,TD, or either in light tank. This would be nice to see all the oportunities finding the right angles, the right possitions to shoot, to help your team , to be helped by your team, WOULD BE A MASSIVE INCREASE OF THE EACH PLAYER SKILL. And btw, maybe sometimes you can help community with that, playing even platoons with friends.
hey skill, personnaly i like the daily dose when u play a few battles live because that is something that makes u more unique. featuring replays is already done by sooooo many others. also the stream funny moments are the best!!!!
I REALLY like it when he is having fun, any youtuber or streamer who is having a meltdown is a turn off and I just stop their video. Skill is chill a good 95% of the time and makes me chuckle almost every video.
Of the best map guide is watching skill play the maps. I love it when he gives commentary about what he's doing and why. That's where I learned the most. Really, those ones are much better than map guides.
I would love to see more collabs, daki, mous, dez, AEG, maybe iyouxin or kajzoo even. I would also not mind another rating for index on how bad the tank is to grind from stock.

I'd personally love to see map guides, because you're one of the few CCs that is equally good in all types of tanks, but the objective fact is that they sadly perform considerably worse than videos that take 20% of the effort to make, at least that's what most CCs say.
So one idea for new content would be to look at replays of avg baboons and give tips on what could have been done better or differently. So the newer baboons can maybe find mistakes in their game faster than if you just talk about it. As a kind of small guide for players who are stuck but want to get better. And on the subject of sharing dreams with you, well YT certainly does not allow it when I write this here, but you are of course included in this dream! And naked.

I would like to see guides for advanced players like me with 57% recent WR and 2,500Wn8. I seem to not be getting any better at the game and i try but nothing works. I have also NEVER 3 marked a tank in my 25,000 games, i have got close a few times and 2 marked a handful of tanks but never 3 marks.
So a guide for advanced players and how to 3 mark tanks for people like me would be super beneficial.

I don't care about map tutorials, it cannot be done well because of variety of tanks... I LIKE WHEN YOU COMMENT POSITION IN LIVE GAMING/REPLY. It makes a lot of sense for me when you say "with this tank I go to this position, because..."
About map guide requests: when you do daily dose of skill, every day with different tanks, all (normal) classes, live battles, gameplay commentary... THAT is the best guide we can have. I saw some map guides and there is a reason why not many CCs do them, there is just way too many factors influencing where to play at the moment, also it depends heavily on the player. So keep up what you doin, it is amazing.
For content suggestions, I loved mixed LT gameplay video, would like to see some similar format videos. Few nice games with various tanks of same class or playstyle (for example paper mediums, auto(re)loaders, support heavies, armored TDs...)
I would like to see you do a best of three for every tank in a line, beginning at tier 2. A lot of vehicles that players just grind out very quickly and then leave behind are actually really powerful. (Seal clubbers pick certain tanks for a reason.) Besides, our player numbers are pretty stagnant, most of the lower level players in WoT are pretty experienced these days. (Here on NA anyway.)
Dear God, the sealclubbing on weekends is especially hard on us new folks. folks with 60k+ games at tier 2 is commonplace.

You can highlight where you should play. Key bushes, hull downs and some first shot potential. Shouldnt take you long to do and would be very helpful for those interested.
Feel you work in map guides whenever you play by mentioning why you go to certain spots and pointing out the alternatives that you don't want to go to. Just have to pay attention during the vids, its all in there, great presentation skill.

I love the tier 6 and 7 videos from time to time. I know you are doing them soon, very happy with that. Uncovers some hidden gems along the way too
1. Useful links. For example - I saw u use some kind of armor heat map. Today u used best plays storage. At least newer players do not know that stuff.
2. Modes - most usefull ones, how they look like and where to get them.
3. WoT eco system. Bonds, cradit, gold etc. What to do always and what not. What are good features, what is not. You know this game as your 20 fingers.
4. Video with your working space was useful, good ideas were suggested. What about hardware and all the stuff u use - i know, u use simple mouse and keyboard. But also use some king of separate keyboard, or ar dreaming..
5. Arta's are for those people, who are not so quick, its to stressful to play with ligths/mediums/heavies. Those machines are part of every war, so game w/o artas will look more fantasy game than real one. May be once in a while there could be a joint platoon with a guys who plays artas? It would be interesting to hear what is good arta player in your and your baboon's opinion.
6. What is going on in WoT world what concerns clan clashes. what are best players, best clans. How looks like those clans clashes for the worlds dominance - i havent seen any of videos with this stuff :)

I'm newish to the game, started playing just 6 months back at a workmates insistence and I love the tank-specific content you have. I can search for the tank I'm up to in my research tree, and see how the playstyle should be played by an expert like you, before trying it myself. Going for 100% British line, just got to T8. Please do more beginner friendly content, or maybe one video of how to set the crew up and stuff, I'm still a little confused about the UI, skills, how much a 3% or 6% gain is (like, why are vents the best??).
Also.. how do you drive in one direction, look in another direction, while keeping the turret facing towards the enemy? Learning about shift and 'g' keys for artillery playstyle changed my bishop experience in a massive way!! Was a nightmare before that haha

One thing that you used to do on vids that we no longer see is the tank that your playing in the garage before you click the battle button, so we can see what equipment you are using, i know the index tells us what you recommend but perhaps you could explain why you use the equipment that you recommend or perhaps have battles where you use your alternative options, perhaps we could have tech tree vids like we used to? theres been a few new branches since they stopped. Most the time I just watch your game play skill and then try the same positions or even explore myself on situations and angles for different tank types. So having a dedicated map guide with all tank styles would be good, but I think different situations arise for different positions and show off the "general" good positions and their own situations 😊
Id love to see a compilation of under rated tanks. I personally cant stand meta hugging so I tend to like off meta tanks that still do good but you dont see all that often such as the STII or bz 75
I found Skill 3 weeks ago and have been chain watching his videos since. Only the last 3-4 days I really started paying attention to where he plays on each map. I still don't have which tank goes where and then there is opposite spawns on each map. A lot to remember and I have a busy life outside this game but I was able to remember some from Skill and my game play has significantly improved at least the last 2 nights. Thanks Skill for being an "Internet beggar" LOL.
I love out-of-meta plays and challenges. It’s exciting to see you play a bad tank with a difficult situation and have a great game.
Confusing enemies with strategies like ramming, one-shotting with FV, or getting behind their base with ELC-EVEN and getting a good score is exhilarating.

Have you ever considered (maybe it can fit on your Index page) something like your "suggested upgrade path" for a tank. Sometimes I struggle to decide which modules to research before which, e.g. is it better to research tracks on one tank, or save the XP and rather push to get a better gun, then only research tracks. This will be different for every tank so I think I make a lot of mistakes with this. I hope you understand what I try to explain. 😊

First idea:
"Top of the tree" videos - one live battle with tech tier VIII, one with tier IX, one with tier X, you show only the first game in which MM put you as the top tier in the battle and at the end of the video you're comparison which one was the most pleasant to play.
Second idea:
Comparison video: tech tree tier VIII vs his brother premium tier VIII - in which one you'll get more damage in 2-3 battles of live gameplay.
Skill, you manscaped your head! Smmmooooooth baboon! As a newer player, I enjoy the mid-tier reviews/gameplay etc on Extra channel, since I'm hovering around tier 5-7. Two of my roomates from college started playing last year ( we graduated in the mid 90s, so we're old..lol... but we get together once or twice a week to platoon) We all use the index. The index is a godsend thank you and crew for all the hard work. Personally, I really enjoy when you do the platoon vids, I'd love to see one of them every couple months. As for the map guides, watching you play in your daily dose vids and on stream(when I can) is the best of map guides. I love your new hairstyle, it shows your true fighting spirit, no limits, no hindrances.
1. It would be nice to use as a theme for future videos, things that are poorly explained by most content producers in WOT, things that would help the new player community understand why a player with 4 aces in hand is weaker or more hard as another player with 4 aces in hand (to put it in poker terms) and not only by simply stating that the RNG is to blame for everything.
Can you make a video showing how a tank W behaves (let's call it) with a 100% trained crew but without any skills, and how a 100% trained crew behaves but with 5-8 skills , and not through the lens of your own tank, but in the training section of the game, show how it affects the crew as another tank Y (let's call it) firing at the primary tank W, and you will show how the RNG becomes biased for the two cases (actually 4, if you also take into account the Y tank crew trained to 100% without skills, or 100% with 5 - 8 skills):
- with the crew without skills, the W tank will invariably be hit from almost any distance, when firing the Y tank with the crew with 5-8 skills (I'm not talking here about penetration, gold or regular shells).
- with the crew with 5 - 8 skills, the W tank, shots will often be missed even from 50 meters by the Y tank which has a crew without any skills (most of the time).
etc. etc.
2. Few beginner/intermediate players understand that in WOT there are premium tanks with limited/favored MM, and they don't understand how that works, those small differences in load times, a small difference in speed, or penetration, or rotation, or at the viewing area through the prism of the fact that tanks with a higher tier and obviously better qualities will not enter the competition, will make those tanks with favored MM, somehow ensure easier fates to beat.
3. There are some strange but very funny tanks that anyone can have fun with, but which are so rarely staged for various reasons (either they are low tier, or they are not used correctly in most cases, or they have some qualities that confuses a regular player) and I mean here:
- Renault UE 57 - tier 3, default with 0.35 dispersion, APCR 75 dmg, 180 penetration and 1115 velocity!!!
- FV304 Tier VI British Artillery, default 72.4 km/h top speed!!!
And so on.
7. It would be an epic battle a 7 (EBR 105) vs 7 (Mouse), when you platoon with your dear family of streamer friends, I'd pay to see that, your team with the EBRs of course. 😋
I love watching you, and I hope that the 200-300 hours you devote to WOT per week do not affect your health.
What I think will matter to you and the community that has embraced you for a long time is of course your honest way of reacting in games mixed of course with a humor that very few streamers have. Keep it up and you'll fill hearts.

hey mr. skill, I personally would not mind somewhat of a tutorial on how to play a specific tank, for example tips and trick for playing the s.conq, or 60tp or fv4005 or any other tank, how do you play that tank, what to do what no to do, how to sidescrape properly, hidden or less known weak spots etc.
Why not map guides? Skill, I love how you point out the "typical bush" or a fine viewpoint to catch the tourists.
It seems like there IS interest here, maybe reconsider your decision?
BTW, I LOVED Alphashooters talent for anticipating where enemies were going to go, and then spanking them like there is no tomorrow. GG, Alphashooter!
I would like to see you play 3/2 battles with a tank with your top crews and top equipment, but first completly stock, second battle with improved modules and the last battle fully researched tank ( this is 3 battles total --- it would be completly stock to fully upgraded with 2 battles format). It would show us the true limitations of the stock tank compared to upgraded, where there would be a top player with super crew and equipment squeezing the maximum out of it

I think that daily videos is a bit too much. Most people don't have 20-30 minutes every day to watch the same video format. I would drop daily videos for 2-3 videos a week. A good idea is what Steve does "expert reviews", where he analyses a good replay closely, and explains the moves, positions and tank strengths/weakness. This format combines map guides, tank reviews and replay reviews in one. Plus, players can learn a lot from this.
I think I personally enjoy these types of videos most, because they are entertaining and helpful.

Hi Skill, love all ur content on YTB and Twich its an amazing distraction from uni to chill !! I had two ideas for u to maybe try out :
1) every month or so u do a Skill funny moment compilation which i personally love and wait for every time, maybe something fun would be to see you react to a viewers funny moment, people send their clips in on discord and one of ur mods compiles the best for u. It creates even more interaction with community, you could view it on stream and laugh a bit and then upload it with ur reaction to YTB (even on extra channel), its in a way "easier" content and a good laugh. It wouldn't have to be every month as it takes some time to compile and sort out but you get the idea im sure.
2) Second idea is more for stream but you could do like a "challenge" every so often where for a whole day / or just a few games on stream you have to have to transform certain term u say often in another language, like "what a shot" becomes "Qué disparo" in spanish or "ladies and gentlemens" become "meine Damen und Herren" in german. And if chat think u did good then they start a hype train and if u loose bc u forgot too many times then u give 1 sub or vip in chat. It creates interaction with different communities for every language and a good laugh for viewers to see u speak a tiny bit of other language and it doesnt change ur content bc its only a few words from time to time. This one is a bit more tricky but could be amazing if ur up for the challenge!!
But continue the amazing work you do and i think the choices u made recently to review certain types of tanks is great!
Maybe a series about what to do when you're losing: when the score is 0-10 and how you can maximize your performance while death is coming lol
You can put videos in from other players who have turned the game around to victory or made something from nothing and ended up with good scores. Including games from other players should help make things easier for you as well so you won't have to hope for such a game yourself every time lol

Really appreciate that you want to listen to the community. To be honest, the most interesting question for me is how you can stick with the same game for years. I am the type of person who usually plays just one game at a time, and I have had periods where I played World of Tanks (WoT) since 2014, with multiple breaks, the longest one being almost 4 years. It is quite an interesting game, but every time I reach a point where it feels repetitive, I end up taking a break from it and come back to it after a year. So, my simplified question is: How do you manage to stay engaged with the same game for such a long period of time?
i do not play any other video games, thats how, im trying to minimize burn out this way
I like the most the regular live gameplays where you even fail and explain why. Live gameplays with a specific tank,explaining the reason why you do each move or pointing to important positions is the best for me. From time to time,best 3 tank videos,or even some epic game is nice as well,but it shouldn't be the main content. I'm not fan of map guides-each game is different anyway... Keep up the good work!

Not a full blown map guide, but map positioning tip based on different or specific situation. Like if you want to set up ambush while retreating etc...
Oh also thanks for making a video like this describing some of how being a streamer actually is. I had no idea you spend ~300 hours a month involved with this, gaming, streaming, editing, planning new content, reviewing old content, your mental health etc. I hope you are making much more than you need to live and are stashing a lot back for the future.

I'm not a high caliber player like you and many other skilled players, and I absolutely love watching you kick ass, and love to see your humility when you lose, you're truly a good guy... with your level of skill, it may be boring to some, but a progressional series from new to you, considering most don't have the funds, or newly learned skills, maybe a guide on playing the role, playing the tank and playing the map, how they differ, and inter-twine in some aspects... i dunno, I watch you and try to adapt my views and actions, but still suck as much as I ever have, lol. If I only had the gold to spend and use better ammo, etc. I truly appreciate your skills and time you've dedicated to this platform. Keep it up, great job!
A map guide can just a photo of whare you would place the tanks on it, not an actual video. We would still appreciate it.
Other people have done it but I know you can do it better, like more user friendly interaction.
For example we can hover the mouse cursor on a location where you put a tank in a bush and it also has a photo of the location so we can identifier easier and quickly.
That centurion was a hero for parking in front of him in the cap. I think the format for map positions has to be more simple. Claus did a statistical break down for LTs. I think you could go over it the same way for each class by just using the most damage from the top 10 spots. No replay, just the map blown up showing each spot has yielded the showing the replay outcome screen. Just a thought. Maybe add a link for the top game with commentary, short video.

Great replay. As to your request, I'd like to see comparisons between similar tanks highlighting the pros and cons of each and contrasting the abilities between the tanks, such as three different medium tanks (like the M4A3E8, the T-34-85 and the Cromwell at tier 6). What types of play styles work with the different tanks. Things like that. Keep the highlight games coming though, because they are informative too. I'm looking forward to see what you come up with going forward.

Some ideas for index when you/your developers have free time:) From the guy that works with numbers and statistics.
1. you use 6 features of the tank with 1-5 star rating. It look's like ideal type of data to be visualized by a so called 'radar plot'.
2. another interesting think would be to see where is the tank's penetration/armor etc. compared to other tanks of the same tier. I'm not sure about that as it could be a lot of work or it could make the site crowded, but i'll leave the idea nontheless.'Food for thought'
3. aobut YT/streams, i saw some other streamer using eyetracker, what do you think of that?
I like the idea of early game passive scouting positions, but really I just don't like the videos with those bullshit tanks that break the game because wargaming was greedy with loot boxes AKA BZ-176. Trashbarn isn't broken because you have to trade everything for that alpha damage, where as the BZ-176 gives up nothing, which is why it breaks the game.
He has big balls and big luck. I think the luck is even bigger with these no aim shots. :)

That first shot was incredible. Got tracking damage between hitting the track and hitting the hull.
As so many guys already said here, whatever you do, do live battles, don't feature too many replays. They are just so boring in comparison to you being able to ex. get 10 kills with the joh tank in your first battle (and your live reactions that go with that)
Also that comment on the wot replays page with the person whining about the usage of gold ammunition. No understanding that the vehicle’s gold is “low pen” by comparison with the standard AP.

Would you be interested in doing multiplayer events? Like having some sort of event or mini tournament on stream where viewers can also join in? Imagine like what Dez used to do on youtube (all maus, etc). Could be nice from a community perspective. And the highlights could go on youtube, or in an edited format.

I am a console player but I have followed you and a few other PC players for quite some time. You do an excellent job breaking down tanks and their pros and cons and your input matches a play style that I like to use. I would also enjoy a series for under rated tanks, not necessarily t10 tanks. Thanks for your continued work!
Skill, I love daily dose. I get up half hour earlier than normal for work so I can chill and watch one. They are the best part of youtube!
