Please do lots of designs with pearls. I love them. I bought some freshwater pearls from Poshmark and they are creamy and beautiful. They came from Japan and the postage was bad, but so worth it. I strung graduated strands with gold spacers (5 different sizes), added lots to Xmas earrings for friends, and still have plenty. So make away. I am right with you.

On the spiral around the pearl earring...would it have worked to make the initial 1/4 curve around a same size dowel and then put the pearl on from the other end? Might not work. Very clever way to hammer and protect pearl too.

Hi Joee, I have a good supply of glass pearls. They are dyed different colors. Over time the coating begins to wear off. Is there a coating that can be brushed on the pearls to extend the life of the dyed colors?
@@OleetahGems you can use the Permalac coating that I show all the time or a can of clear Krylon spray works if you have a large quantity but you have to go outside and lay them out on paper and then carefully turn them over after they dry and spray that side. 💕💕💕
Hi Joee, I always understood that Swarovski pearls have a crystal base. I also have a question regarding Czech metallic finishes. Do they wear off easily?
