My favourite gauge is 00 gauge. It’s the smallest gauge I can see to build a layout. My 00 gauge layout is a Dad’s Army layout, with Walmington-on-Sea as the station.
love that first layout called Staindrop. Its a pity the trains do not run realistically. They start and stop way too fast and do not look realist. Its obvious that a lot of time went into building a beautiful layout. such a shame to see the trains perform poorly.

I love looking at 009 layouts at model railway exhibitions!! They look and sound amazing when the locomotives are fitted with a DCC Sound chip!!
