Do I need to take handbrake off to replace rear discs and pads?
Yes. As far as i know, you won't be able to remove the disk with the hanbrake on (as the brake shoes will be expanded outwards and pressing against the inside of the top hat part of the disk). Well this is certainly the case on my car.
