I have 2 questions 1) having avary in the will it lead to mice 🐭 problems in home. 2) would the birds destroy or stain the walls and floor coverings??

The easy answer is yes on both. But if you keep it clean you lower this chance. I don't have a mice problem but clean every week. 2. Yes they poop, for the walls of you keep them far away from the walls you also lower this chance.
