She is my all time favorite. I have everything she's every done, and had the joy of seeing her & Union Station live four times. They are incredibly talented and cohesive musicians.
She is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the most incredible female singer my ears have ever had the extreme pleasure to hear. She is beyond anything mortal, she's an angel or a goddess in human form
Allison started out in bluegrass with Union Station, the band that joined her in this video. Allison is a hell of a musician, imo. In addition to her considerable vocal skills, she plays a fine fiddle. You have hit on another of my favorites. Thank you.
She has one of the most pure and beautiful voices I have ever heard. Love the work she does with Robert Plant from Led Zeppelin. You should check it out.
Nothing bad can be said about Alison Krause. But one also has to remark on her band. Many bands over play the artist, hers always compliments her voice. Also, she did a cover Keith Whitley’s When You Say Nothing At All. Perfection!
If you're interested in a closer focus on the string performances, try listening to an instrumental by AKUS that's always been one of my favorites: a tune called "We Hide and Seek" from their 2002 Live album. The sheer flawless musicianship of each member of the band on that song just slaps you across the face.
Her violin/fiddle skills match her angelic voice. All the major artists want to duet with her. I have listened to her since the 90s. Her voice is so soothing. An artist you have not heard yet, who recently passed away was Hal Ketchum. "I Know Where Loves Lives" Past The Point Rescue".
I apologize for my absence from your channel PJ, I have been extremely busy with business and family matters. I hope to reengage with your journey through country music. Allison, a bluegrass voice gifted to us from Decatur, Illinois. I reference her as a bluegrass artist because for me this is her true gift. It is also well documented that she created a great resurgence of bluegrass music and vocals in the US starting in 1987 with her first album. She has a total of 14 albums, yet, she has 27 Grammys and 42 nominations. Remarkable, until September of 2021, she was the most awarded female artists in Grammy history. Beyonce captured that title with her 28th Grammy last year. Her collaborations with Ricky Skaggs, one of her inspirations though out her life time, and Keith Whitley are worthy of a listen. Her angelical voice, as you described, has a vocal range of F#3-B5, a pure soprano. Nothing like opening a fine bottle of wine and letting Allison sing to me, just makes life good. Thanks for your work PJ !!
Alison Krauss has 26 Grammys give or take. At first you thing "that's a lot", then she opens her mouth to sing, and you think "Is that enough? Maybe she should have more?". Recently passed by Beyonce as the alltime list for most Grammys to a female. Major league talent and stardom indead.
Her 27 Grammys says it all I got to hear her and see her live when she was still a teenager performing with the Cox family way back in the 80's. Her voice has gotten so much better the older she's gotten.
Sublime singer. But just as good on fiddle as she is as a singer. I miss her fiddle on this number. Also, the dj has to acknowledge this absolutely brilliant band. It's not just about Alison, as she would be the first to say.

Huge fan! I had the great honor of seeing her and Union Station live twice in Oregon
Mr. Dj., Ms. Alison has a most Pure voice.. ♠W.G.
Pure as a baby's smile
She is so damn beautiful I dont care what she sings.
She is my all time favorite. I have everything she's every done, and had the joy of seeing her & Union Station live four times. They are incredibly talented and cohesive musicians.
I love love love Alison Krauss!!!!!

Alison does a fantastic rendition of Roger Miller's "River in the Rain".
Yes!
Her voice is so distinctive and beautiful. And her band...
She’s breathtaking.
My favorite songs by this angelic singer are her covers of When You Say Nothing At All and Ghost in this House.

I agree 109%, she also plays a hell of a mandolin
Allison Krause with Union Station, this style and always great dynamic range and instruments never crowing each other!
Perhaps you so called admirers could learn her actual name? It's on the cover of her albums and also on tickets to her concerts
Alison, another great performance
She has one of the most pure and beautiful voices I have ever heard. Love the work she does with Robert Plant from Led Zeppelin. You should check it out.
That Robert Plant collaboration sounds like great reaction stuff. On the list!
Jerry Douglas on the dobro... his style is so distinct and recognizable.

Alison is great, and has the hardware to prove it, but so is her band!
Top notch stuff! Thanks for the reaction.
The amazing thing about Allison, is that she is just as great live, unbelievable voice.
Angelic!
She's bluegrass & country royalty in my opinion.
Her voice is like warm cornbread in a glass of milk after supper. Perfect.
Nice!
She is the greatest
2nd-most Grammys. A voice that can pierce or melt your heart. Plays with the most accomplished band that ever was. What's not to like?
Saw her 6 times in concert. Pure angelic. She could sing me the phone book. More Grammys than any female. Ever. Great reaction!
27 grammy's out of 44 nominations.

Great suggestion, i hope you liked the reaction.
Sweetest voice in human history. She's also a world class fiddle player.
You have to see the video of the song When you say nothing at all, it's beautiful.
For CHRISTMAS you need to try her rendition of Wexford Carol.
Allison has such a pure angelic voice! You’re right, crystal clear! Thanks for this video!
Thank You! She's Amazing!

Who can blame you for being crazy about her,and she just gets better and more beautiful every day
Sir, I thoroughly enjoyed your reaction to this video of Allison Krauss and the great Musician's. I was already subscribed to your channel. Thanks
I can listen to her sing anytime! Such a beautiful voice.
Great song too
@@DjPjrocReacts911 absolutely! Didn’t mean to leave that out.
keep knocking out. You will be at 10,000 subs soon. I bet you never thought that would happen.
Beautiful
One of my favorites is her duet with James Taylor, "How's the World Treating You?"
You have to do ghost in this house by Allison
Great video ,new sub ! Cheers !

Her best song is. Simple love
Beautiful 👵🏼☮️❤️🌻
Thank you! 🤗
Give a listen to “ Oh Atlanta “ with her band Union Station…find It live no video. Her band members are all tops at their Instruments…her too.
That is the voice of an Angel. When I die, and if I make Heaven, I expect the Angels choir to sound like her!
Indeed!
Her 27 Grammys says it all

Perfect review. Well done.

Molly Ban is sad as hell but she makes it beautiful.
More Grammys than any other female vocalist and you will almost never hear her on a radio station.
So, I first heard her on my reaction to whisky lullaby. Absolutely mesmerizing. Love her!
Can you react to Rascal Flatts. I really love their song I'm moving on and of course I Melt is another great song..maybe do both😀
Both are under great consideration @Shalane Battista
Best song: River In The Rain by Roger Miller
Love Alison, hard to believe she grew up in an orphanage .
I'm not getting notifications for your new videos. I'm so frustrated by that. 💞
