I’ll never forget when it went into halftime, and it was such a close game, that you had no way of know which way it was going. But JR came out HOT and hit two INYAFACE 3s, it was at that moment I knew... I knew Hennything’s Possible
quite possibly the most underrated comment of all time
I don’t get it
Hennything is possible!!!!!!-KG voice with confetti falling!
DaKK of allll tiiiiiiiiiime!!! Well said boff of yous
HENNYTHANG POSSIBLE PLAYER
Great teammate. These are the things that make champions.
I love hearing Richard Jefferson break stuff down, he’s very straight to the point and easy to follow.
i think hes master chief from halo.
hes very articulate and hilarious also
I admire how well-spoken he is
Bruh he literally just restated lead, follow, or get out of the way from the movie idiocracy and in that quote it’s meant to embarrassing you into leading or at least following
He speaks real
Bron only dropped 41 because draymond got suspended.... oh wait he dropped 41 again the next game with draymond playing 😂
@Chiniwins Bastards kyrie shouldve got finals mvp or the refs who got paid by the cavs to give LeBum another ring
Deku I hate people like you . Lebron led every statistical category in that series . Lebron also got the block to lead to the shot . No block = No big Kyrie shot . Opinions over statistics as usual .
CJ Frost no bogut after that free layups all day perfect situation for bron 🤷♂️
@DEW IT the refs shouldve been finals mvp in 2016
@DEW IT because draymond is a dirty donk, he wasn't able to play
I’ll never get tired of reliving this series, this is one well remember forever, tell our kids about it, what an incredible run - a Spurs fan
it has to be one of the top greatest feats in nba history imo. to come back 3-1 down to a team that went 73-9? incredible
True that. Watching the game live and watching the cavs win was one of the most satisfying things I have ever experienced... in my life.
Too bad is the cavs, if it was wny other team it would be more amazing.
@@VitorRedes hot take

This was an AWESOME Breakdown of the 16 Finals from a integral member. That was the single greatest comeback in the history of sports!
Even as a Cavs fan, I have to admit that the Red Sox coming back from 0-3 against the Yankees in '04 was more impressive. But I have no problem saying this was #2. "Sweetest NBA title" is probably a draw between the Mavs and Cavs (interesting that LeBron is the villain and the hero in each respective series.)
@@seanjoyce7039 Point taken! Id actually 4gotten about tht tbh lol
As a sports fan...this is the greatest comeback....the Yankees vs sox was the alcs and the cavs were in the finals...Plus all the dramatic elements and big name superstars makes this the best comeback of all time.
Draymond getting suspended, Curry being ejected from game 6, & Bogut being injured definitely helps tho
@@peterblue6072 LOL at Curry's ejection in the final minutes, after a BLOW-OUT in which the game had long since been determined. As for Draymond's 1-game suspension and 15-minute per-game Bogut missing 1.5 games that series...ask the Warriors if they'd rather have their #2 and #3 guys (Kyrie/Love) missing for virtually the entire series. Think they'd take it?
Lebron: Richard you were kinda hooping, you can keep yo ring.
"KYRIEEEEEEEEEEEE"

HEEEEEEELP I NEEEED SOME HEEEEEELP KYRIE WHERE ARE YOUUUUUU

Shut up Lue I'm the coach

yo where's this from?
KD ruined that rivalry tbh.
I agree. That rivalry would have been great to watch for a few more years when it was pretty much a even match up.
The warriors did as well they recruited him they get blame to
KD and the Thunder could have been that team to throw that rivalry off. As much as KD and Westbrook didn't match, they team was right there with the Cavs and Warriors
@@christophershelvin6596 Yeah, but 2012 Finals
@@zincinator5000 yeah but what?
The warriors adding kd ruined a potentially greatest rivalry
Likewise
Facts bro
true but blame KD not GSW. Regardless of the circumstances, if Kevin Durant wants to be on your team you whip up a contract as fast as you can.
Can’t help but agree there. KD is such a talented, unstoppable force. But he’s also such weak sauce. Without his coward move, the GS CLE rivalry would’ve been so much more intense and great for basketball.
I'm sorry but are we going to ignore the fact that Cleveland stacked their team as well to make it unfair for the eastern teams??
if that dunk connected. it would've been THE DUNK.
Edward Anthony seriously. Would’ve been a crazy poster plus just all the context. LeBron and Draymond, game seven final minute. Would’ve been instantly iconic.
I remember when he went up for that dunk and I jumped out my chair ! That dunk would have been so iconic and epic .
That would've been the greatest dunk of all-time even without the story, context and meaning.
The Dunk, to stack on top and even outshine all the three including the most valuable his The Block, it would've murdered Draymond's career and dunk, he would've blown up on the spot.
It would've obliterated the entire Warriors roster.
If Andre made that layup it would be the greatest block in history
2016 Cleveland Cavaliers will always be my favorite team
Richard "I stand by this" Jefferson was a hooper
One hundred
Gimme your ring
@@jasonqw1 😂😂
Both teams really left it all on the court that game. It wasn't the prettiest but can't expect that from a finals game 7. Legendary comeback and W.
Daniel Gibson games seven are alway’s ugly but great at the same time, refs let them play turns into an intense street ball ball game and no one is giving an inch
Yes sir
2016 will go down as one of the greatest years of basketball. I’ll probably never watch more basketball than i did that year. I understand that the players have power now, and that everyone deserves to play where ever they want. But basketball was forever changed when KD went to the Warriors.
His full name is Kevin ‘’the snake 🐍’’ Durant lmfao🤣🤣🤣💯💯💯
I agree - it felt like the weakest move of all time in the moment. Nowadays all people care about is that he got rings from it.
The OKC / GSW & CLE / GSW rivalries died in an instant. The 17-18' seasons felt like a formality & to top it off KD opened the floodgates.
@@jordanb.4514 OKC and GSW never had a rivalry. If anything, the OKC and Memphis/SAS rivalries ended quickly due to the move.
Still want to know what Lebron said to curry when he blocked him lol
REALSTREETNIGGAMUZIK You talking about the one where klay walks in circles around Lebron along with Steph? Cus that convo been released

You might be the only one who feels that way too buddy
Johny FNBR so you’re telling me he hasn’t had at least 1 all star season?
Johny FNBR nah he had a solid stretch in NJ. 💯🔥
No_Diggity_No_Doubt most definitely compare to a few who got the all star nod when he had those good seasons I agree
At least
"The block" is probably one of the most analyzed and played highlight in the NBA. If you watch LeBron, he takes his approach from an angle and throws up both arms because he knows, from watching Warrior film, that Iggy likes the up and under lay up. BOOM. BLOCK. CHAMPION. FAIL TO PLAN. PLAN TO FAIL PEOPLE.
Not to mention the forgotten defense by JR Smith who diverted Iggy just enough for the ball to end up at the perfect angle for Lebron
@@policebear9347 yea, it was. If you listen to Lebron's old interviews he talks about blocking that way in case the person switches in mid air. That's not the first time he has attempted to block a shot like that.
I meant J.R.’s movements!!
@@jboogy5039 he just dis the same block vs the clippers a couple weeks ago. Bron had both hands ready to block it on either ride

Only lebron can contain that cancer
Kiowa Everyone beats to their own drum. He knew lebron was leaving after the 2018 season so why stay? Kyrie knew they would be trash so he asked for a trade for his future. Ima lebron fan but i don’t blame kyrie one bit. This is a business, not a freakin pity party.

Richard Jefferson, OMG your analysis was amazing. The nuance and insight was fantastic. I watch all the games from this finals all the time. I enjoyed every minute. It gives me a special insight the next time I watch it. Thanks so much.
Richard Jefferson might be my favorite commentator on the NBA. He's very smart, and funny if you see him in more casual circumstances.
I love what he said at the end. The lesson he learned from losing to a complete team and how big role players are to a championship team. Too many fans naively think stars do it all on their own. Stars are going to be stars... role players are key to winning. Shaq talks about it all the time!
Richard Jefferson : perfect insight and commentary
This interviewer : yea
The 2015-2018 cavs roster talks about lebron like how d12 talk about eminem.
I stay getting hoed 🤣☠️🤣
Jefferson was an important player in the 2016 championship. He gave some valuable minutes when Love was struggling
That Blocked was insane. You can see that Lebron gave everything on that game 7. It was one of the best championships ever. To go from Fans burning your jerseys in your hometown to delivering the greatest comeback in basketball finals. Amazing.
I love this guy!! I think Richard Jefferson is the most entertaining ESPN analyst right now
got goosebumps the entire time watching this series and even this interview, Richard a real one.
This was a great interview with great questions. On top of all that, don’t we all love hearing RJ talk.
Reminiscing that championship through Richard's story makes goosebumps again. W O W
RJ is such a boss and great commentator. Such detail and insight. A pleasure to listen to him explain some incredible moments in NBA history. He will have to do this again when ‘Rona ends and he gets the production values he deserves. Thank you RJ for taking the time to share a piece of your experience with us.
"That was a really good shot" 😂😂😂
Met this guy in person and he’s such a chill man. I asked him if we should package a trade for AD and he said of course AD is an incredible player. Looks like he’s right.
When the Dubs were up 3-1, I stopped watching. Thought it was over. Then I heard there was a game 7. Watched it and was truly one of the most intense games ever
This video is so dope. We get all the insight on probably the greatest finals performance of all time.
The GOAT NBA final without question
Richard Jefferson is one of the best people to join the media. Really enjoy listening to him
every time i mean every time i see that chasedown it gives me chills
Watching it live was amazing. And then even watching it on slow replay, LeBron's barely in the frame before the block.
His effort & energy was everything thank you Richard
The turning point in the series was in Game 3, when the Cavs blew them out. Game 4 the Cavs were in control until a good way into the 4th quarter.
And RJ was the X factor in the series. Putting him in more, and Love in less, changed the whole dynamic of the team.
Patrick Wells Valenti And love still averaged 15, and more rebounds than Tristan
Patrick Wells Valenti Nope, Tristan outdid him in rebounding
This was a fantastic interview with Richard Jefferson. I really enjoyed it.
When LBJ blocked Curry I think he said “Look at Curry man”
He said "get out of my face"
Definitely didn’t say neither one of those things
Hahu Hihu - so inspirational.
He said "chicken curry" with "chick fil a sauce!"

Game 5, in my opinion was the greatest demonstration of skills by LeBron and Kyrie. Absolutely amazing.
Agreed but it was also one of the most awful officiating in my lifetime. The more I think about it, the more impressed I am with Steph. Even with the legendary performances from LeBron, Kyrie and above average performances from the role players, the Cavs still needed help from the refs. Don't get me wrong, I really wanted LeBron to deliver that championship to Cleveland but the Warriors got robbed.
Richard Jefferson is soo cool. A great veteran to have on any champion team.

I agree to your second point. but on your first point is total rubbish.
how did someone ruin someone's career when he, who claims that he is the best basketball player on the planet, was playing on a stacked team???!?
Titan exactly right take on the challenge look at the Mavs in 2011 the Heat were favorited had more talent but the Mavs weren’t afraid they took them on beat them. No real competitor goes into a game or season believing they will lose. That’s the problem with these weak minded players and young people today.
all of you are idiots. When did I ever mention Lebron? I'm talking about the snake ruining the competition in the NBA. No other team from the West got a chance to go to the finals?
