As for how people taste, it'd probably be a medley of disparate flavours in the meat. After all, meat takes on the flavour of what it ate, and meat-eaters tend to eat many kinds of meat, which is partly why we tend to prioritize prey-animals for our meat-harvesting practices. Which is a shame, because there are a LOT of man-beasts in this world that really need to be eaten as a power-move.

Engage was a mixed bag for me. Writing was trash but I loved the gameplay. Felt like a return to classic FE after 3 Houses made it more like Persona
