I have been issued a yellow light violation challan for amount 5000 in gurgaon but in the image attached, my car is clearly visible to have stopped with brake lights on, and timer is at 59. My car was stopped on the zebra crossing. How can i dispute this challan? I am from Ghaziabad and challan is issued in Gurgaon. If you want i will share more details with you. Thanks for your help
